Three times, said employee has interacted with me and today will mark the last time I choose to spend my money here.

On two of the three occasions their middle-of-their-back length of hair has been in a loose ponytail; not confined to a hat or hairnet. When questioned about this, the answer received was ‘I don’t work in the back and prepare food’.

Contrary to that statement, they do package and retrieve items from food prep area in addition to manning the fryers. 🤨

On my LAST visit today my order was taken at the counter. While waiting for it to be prepared I observed the same employee sanitizing the eating area; wiping down tables and cleaning the glass front door, using a spray bottle, no gloves and paper towel.

They returned to the FOOD PREP area (PONYTAIL SWINGING) and proceeded to remove my pizza from the oven. I immediately told them to stop in a firm, slightly raised voice.

They turned to me with a quizzical look upon their face. “How is it that you think approaching my food with hands NOT WASHED after cleaning the seating area AND your hair unbound is an appropriate thing to do?” I inquired.

She was mumbling a response while approaching the employee hand washing station (located directly beside the cash register) when the older co-worker stepped in and completed boxing/bagging my purchase.

In today’s current economy where consumers are more selective where they spend their hard earned money, THIS SCENARIO should never be a factor in a food...

Excellent eating experience.. from the second you walk in the door! You immediately are being greeted by employees. This place is outstanding, I have been a customer at this location for over 12 years and they continue to serve the highest quality pizza and wings!! This location also establishes one of the most cleanest restrooms you will ever see in a restaurant! Their staff displays very well hygienic habits as well as superb customer service, always smiling!! The manager running this location definitely has high leadership and management skills to maintain such a high level of consistency throughout the years. Quality of food is beyond amazing, the crust tastes outstanding filled with fresh generous toppings, and always hot whether I dine in or when I order delivery. They have the most reliable Delivery drivers in the business always fast delivery sometimes so fast it shocks me. Most importantly this place assures you delivery on time for timed orders especially for those huge game nights and special sporting events. A unique feature about this franchise is it’s strategic location, it is so easy to find a parking spot and it is right beside Bessarion station. This location does not compare to any other pizza pizza franchise I have tried before, it simply out preforms it’s competition by a large margin. My fiancé and I went into this location for a simple takeout order. We were quietly discussing what to get while speaking in our native language, Farsi (Persian). When we stepped up to the counter, the employee, Alex, greeted us by asking, “Where are you from?”—a totally inappropriate and invasive question from someone working behind the counter.

He then went on to express political opinions defending a violent regime that has personally harmed our family and country. At first, his body language was neutral, but his words were deeply inappropriate, offensive, and unprofessional.

Once other customers started entering the store, Alex suddenly began saying “you’re right, you’re right” as if trying to calm the situation—not because he understood what he did was wrong, but to silence us and move on. However, when he realized we were not going to let it go and that we were standing up for ourselves, he turned aggressive. He pointed his finger at my fiancée, looked at her in a hostile and disgusting way, and began responding in a loud, confrontational tone.

What started as a casual visit ended in verbal and visual harassment by an employee while we were just trying to order food. We’ve filed a formal complaint with corporate and are taking this very seriously. No customer should ever be treated like this—especially not a woman being singled out and...
