I visited Korosh Bakery today for the third time and had an experience that could have been much better. I only had ten minutes for my break, so I quickly ordered a sandwich. The cashier didn’t ask me what ingredients I wanted in my sandwich—he just took the order. When I went to pick it up, the person preparing the sandwich asked what I wanted to add, and I said lettuce, pickles and…
What really bothered me was the attitude of the cashier. When another customer pointed out that they should tell us what options are available, he responded that it’s “the customer’s responsibility to look,” not his job to explain. That response felt unprofessional and made me feel like customer service wasn’t a priority here. As he kept comparing this restaurant with others like subway and MacDonald but I told him I don’t go to MacDonald otherwise I would not be here!!
The place itself was fine, and the food was decent, but interactions like this leave a bad impression. I hope management takes this into account and trains their staff( as I am not sure if he is part of the management or not ) to communicate better with customers. I expected a much better experience but unfortunately it did not meet my...

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had in Toronto.
1-The vegetables were old and not fresh — the lettuce was wilted and had an orange tint, and the pickles were soggy and low quality.
2- We asked the two women working there not to add lettuce and onions because they looked spoiled, but they ignored our request.
3- They charged extra for dipping sauces, which are usually included everywhere else.
4- The hygiene and presentation were terrible. For dine-in customers, they didn’t even provide plates instead, they served fries on box placed on a dirty plastic tray. When we asked for extra paper , they gave us other box to use as a plate, which was shocking . The trays, salt shaker, and sauce containers were sticky and dirty (as shown in the photos).
5-The sandwich was made incorrectly (with onions we said to remove), the meat tasted old, and the dining area was dirty.
The only good thing was the bread. Everything else was disappointing, and after eating there, we all felt unwell.

I visited this bakery yesterday and expecting a fresh and high-quality baguette, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed.
While the store was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and professional, the product itself fell short.
The baguette I purchased was flaky and stale, not at all what you would expect from a bakery that advertises fresh goods.
A bakery’s core promise should be the freshness of its products, and this one missed the mark. It’s a shame because everything else about the experience was positive, but the quality of the bread left me dissatisfied. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their standards.
*First review:
I recently visited Koroush Bakery and Sandwich, and I was thoroughly impressed! Their Doner Sandwich is incredibly tasty, featuring unique in-house baked bread that sets it apart. While I wish the meat were a bit juicier, it still delivers a delightful flavor experience. The Shirazi Hot Dog and Pizza are spot on, easily the best I've had anywhere in Toronto. The friendly staff and the very nice owner make the experience even better. Keep up the...
