If I could give them 0 stars I would, I’ve spent more than enough money with them over the years but the quality has gone down in recent times. They no longer follow instructions when it comes to orders, they give you what they want to give you not what you ordered. Utterly ridiculous, give me what I paid you guys for, not what you decide. This is fifth time they’ve done this but it will definitely be the last. We’ve actually called them ahead of time to let them know what exactly we want in a polite manner and they assure us they will. Unfortunately when we received our order again, it was not what asked for. What’s funny is that we called again to double check just after we ordered and the dude that picked up the phone was rude to my wife. When we called after to reconcile this issue, they were no longer picking up the phone. So please everyone don’t waste your money on this place, they do not care about you they just care about your money. We supported this place as a way to support our community for years. It’s sad that it’s come to an end. This could’ve been solved so easily, but their actions show they just don’t care. We’ll definitely let everyone we know to not go here anymore. Responding to all the negative reviews for this business establishment: I have been a customer here for more than 10 years I’ve eaten pizza in more than 25 countries and I put my reputation on the line by saying this is the best pizza establishment on the globe. Whatever negative is being said about this business is completely false. And the customer service the attention to detail and the flavour of pizza is by far the best your money can buy. I have never had one disappointing offer and I’ve never had one argument with the establishment only because I treat people with respect and when you do that you will get respect in return.

A SCAM!!! I just placed a huge order of pizza and wings from this restaurant only to find out they changed their meat providers from HMA to Maple Lodge!!! UNBELIEVABLE! How can a restaurant chain that advertises halal lie straight to their customers’ face and say that it’s halal? Maple Lodge is NOT a halal meat provider no matter what you say as it’s not hand slaughtered. My family and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years.
