This is the first time I have ordered from Pizzaiolo. I picked up the pizzas. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pizzas were delicious and well made. I often make my own pizza and these pizzas tasted like pizzas I would make with my homemade ingredients. The toppings were well-placed and generous. Lots of toppings as you can see in the photos. I ordered the Gianni Ola, and Capone pizzas, under the ‘meat’ section of their website. Gianni Ola as described on their website ‘Real Canadian Bacon, Organic Fresh Mushrooms, Dry Cured Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese and Pizzaiolo Tomato Sauce’. The Capone is described as ‘Oven-Roasted Chicken Breast, Organic Fresh Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Parmigiano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and Pesto Sauce (Nut Free)’. I loved the pesto base and overall flavour. I highly recommend Pizzaiolo. Side Note: I tried to place an online order but the ‘Underhill’ location was not on the list of locations, so I telephoned them with my order. Cheers!

Had an amazing experience at this place! Friday after 10 pm almost there are going to close but the pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect crispy crust, fresh spinach, and creamy cheese that melted in every bite. Madan made the food for us, and he was there every time, ensuring we got the best quality and service. His dedication truly stands out, and we always receive excellent service from him. If you visit, make sure to ask for their BBQ sauce—it’s superb and adds a fantastic flavor to the food. Highly recommend this spot for great food and even better service!

I’m so glad we finally got a Pizzaiolo location in our neighbourhood. We placed an order for a gluten-free Spinotta just under half an hour before closing time on a whim, but it turned out to be a great decision! The pizza was baked to perfection with generous amounts of toppings! The staff/manager was courteous and prompt. Will definitely frequent this location for their amazing service and hospitality.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I visited this store today for a pickup special. I ordered a thin crust pizza with veggie topings, however they didn't give us a thin crust pizza. When we asked the person at the counter why we were not handed a thin crust pizza, instead of accepting his mistake, he went on to claim that we were lying. Even other customers at the store heard us say thin crust. We are fine eating original crust too but it is the point of customer service. I have personally too worked at a pizza store, and that's not how I used to treat my customers. And moreover, the pizza looked undercooked. I paid $30, and the result was not as per the charged price. Seems to me they really don't care about their customers and...

3 stars because usually pizziolo is my go to spot for chain pizza in the GTA and I give it nothing but love. Recently had a negative experience at this location, made me think I feel asleep and woke up on April 1st when I opened the pizza box and saw a soggy pie staring back at me. I ordered banana peppers because I was looking for a little stank to help clear my sinuses and there was literally 3 little peppers staring back at me. To make it worse when I lifted the slice to take a bite the pizza was so soggy I felt like I was holding a wet wash clothe. Come on, let’s make pizza great again and make sure this...
