Worst tim hortons location in entire gta Staff is always rude with the customers whether its any time during the day But today it was such a horrible experience with one of the staff person named Dinesh Dinesh working at drive thru He literally disrespected us and started yelling at us We still said him to calm down but he is such an egoistic person and kept yelling We asked him to call his manager he lied to us saying that his manager is in meeting and it will take him half an hour whereas when we went inside the location the manager was there and manager felt embarrassed on behalf of his staff but that guy still had its attitude on peak and no ettiquetes how to deal with customers He literally disrespected a female Action should be taken for people like Dinesh and other staff members at this location should also learn customer service skills and should be nice and polite to everyone Guys we understand not only you work hard we all do But we all should be generous and polite with everyone no body wants to be treated in such a bad way if you donât like or want to work stay home many people are there looking for opportunities If you want than learn...

I gave up using the drive-thru at this location because they never get it right. I ordered a large coffee double double, which was bitter (probably old given the time) and triple triple. And a large raspberry lemonade for my wife. Last year i had come to this location, asked for decaf and was told they were not making any more this (8pm) evening. I looked and then asked for a straw for the lemonade but all I got was a rude shrug. Then I asked the sandwich making lady and got shrug #2. Luckily I horde straws when I go to Tim's in Port Perry:) is it too early in the year for lemonade?? Anyway I'm giving up on this location the one at 2050 Victoria park is a little out of my way but has never disappointed. The coffee was bitter, my wife said the lemonade...

I just paid $3.00 for what was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. Except you need a magnifying glass to find the cream cheese. When I politely asked the staff to put enough cream cheese on the bagel to cover it, she rolled her eyes at me then asked how many âscoopsâ of cream cheese I ordered. Look, if $3.00 gets you only one âscoopâ you better make sure it actually covers the bagel. Itâs absolute highway robbery to be paying this much for a dried out bagel with a barely visible amount of cream cheese.
Never coming back to this location and I strongly recommend you steer clear as well.
They also charged $1.60 for an old fashioned plain donut. They put in zero effort and care and charge unconscionable amounts, they need to be held...
