Sometimes the staff here is nice, but I recently had a frustrating experience. I placed a mobile order for a drink, but when I arrived, they hadnāt made it yet because they didnāt have the substitution I requested. Thatās understandable, but I had to stand there for about five minutes with my empty cup before I could get anyoneās attention to ask about the substitution. When I finally did, the employee just said, āI know thatās your cup.ā While I get that it can get busy, I didnāt appreciate the tone. OK, we both knew it was my cup, but I was still left waiting, while someone else with an empty cup was attended to right away. The lady simple couldnāt hear the word āgreen teaā and keep asking me if I want venti, I said no I want grande. Then she went ahead and made a grande lemonade. When I got the order I corrected them and I said I wanted green lemonade not lemonade. She still couldnāt understand and made it seem like I donāt speak proper English.
