I do not know how to report to food safety compliance authorities, but I hope they come and inspect this place, inside out.
I wouldn’t buy food from here, coz I don’t like other people’s sweat or hands on my food without proper gloves. Pure negligence and recklessness!!!
Not surprised some other people complained about the same in Google reviews.
Highlight: One of the those places, where I believe gloves are completely forbidden. I witnessed the entire kitchen without gloves, touching their faces, hair, and touching food that people buy with money. Absolutely unacceptable.
I had to walk out right after I witnessed these unacceptable hygiene practices.
Rude Supervisor- a little guy from inside came out and exhibiting his unwanted attitude over people. Seems like he’s got some mental issues. ( the guy working around 3-4 AM on w/e 03/15 .
To those who need their food to be untouched by employee’s sweaty hands, who don’t want hair in your food - DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT/ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

I waited nearly 10 Mins while the staff dealt with uber orders and someone at the window who had ordered chicken sandwiches and was having issues with their payment card. They finally gave up and the food was added to the table. I placed my order and when it was ready I saw the shift lead or manager(wearing grey shirt) pull the sandwiches out of the bag that had now been sitting there for nearly 15 mins. I ask him what he was doing and told him I didn’t just pay nearly $40 for cold food and asked that he make fresh sandwiches. I little talk back but nothing to major and he made fresh food. When I told him it was my first time at this store and that he would be losing customers if he pulls that kind of stiff he said he didn’t care. The store was clearly understaffed and they were frustrated but you don’t deal out cold food. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this location. After the second bad order, I called the store and spoke with a staff member named Nitish. He told me that I could come to the store the next day to get the same order remade. I explained clearly that I live far away 20 minutes drive but he assured me to come. When I arrived and called to confirm, a girl picked up and told me to come inside. However, once I reached, the staff refused to do anything and even spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful way. This was a complete waste of my time, money, and energy.
