Popular Pizza (Martin Grove) — Restaurant in Toronto

I am so disappointed with my recent order. I placed the order for four extra-large pizzas with one pizza that requires special needs for my mom's dietary requirement. The customer service person who took my order didn't understand and they didn't apply correct notes and communicate to the store. I end up with no food for my mom because she can't eat what I got from these guys because she is allergic to dairy products. The sad thing was when I called customer care they were rude and explained that I misunderstood and proved me wrong. They said you can do whatever you want with order. Very rude pathetic and unprofessional people. I never buy from popular pizza in my life. They don't understand the concept of customer service. I don't want to give any start but google will allow me so unfortunately, I have to give 1 star. Please think twice before...

everytime i order from here THIS LOCATION i say "i want extra sauce on wings" and EVERY TIME the wings r dry with hardly any sauce. They put a small layer of sauce on the top and the wings underneath have nothing. When I complain the peopel in store say "this is extra sauce" UH NO its NOT! And the people on the phone say "you never said extra sauce" when I say it EVERY TIME. The customer service is HORRIBLE and I DO NOT RECCOMEND this location. i ONLY GO HERE SOMETIMES BECAUSE ITS NEXT TO YM HOUSE BUT NO MORE I WILL NOT GO BACK . They are cheap and don't listen to customers. HORRIBLE! My last order i paid $50 and paid for EXTRA sauce and they still were cheap on the sauce... by the time i wanted to go back they were closed. The next day I complained and they won't do anything about it THE WORST...

New Management is horrible Rubal is her name does not know how to talk to customers

Placed a order over the customer service number and the store messed up an made our pizza thin an when we went back to get a new pizza she gave a excuse they had a lot orders an was being rude. So I asked if you can’t handle big orders then don’t take new one. She slammed her hand on the table and took her mask of to talk to me how inconsiderate! I called the office got my money back thank god and she told us if you don’t like the pizza don’t come back lol great customer service

When I asked for the owner or manager she said I am the owner ,it’s very nice to see that being the manager or owner how she reacts to customers ! Never going here again

I miss the old owners they were good never had issues in...
