An Unforgettable Iftar Experience, Thanks to Mina and the Team at Premium Sweets

Last Ramadan, my wife and I had booked a table at a nearby restaurant for iftar, well in advance—four days ahead, to be exact. Despite receiving a confirmation call from them on the day, we were shocked to find out upon arrival that our reservation had been lost due to overbooking for a large group. With barely 10 minutes left before iftar and no table in sight, we felt frustrated and disheartened.

Desperate and hoping against hope, we rushed to Premium Sweets, the nearest place we could think of. It was the weekend, and as expected, the restaurant was bustling and fully booked. But then, an absolute gem of a person named Mina greeted us at the door with a warm smile.

Despite the full house, she kindly asked us to wait for a moment. Within just two minutes, Mina and her team miraculously arranged a table for us—and even managed to set up a separate one for a single diner who had walked in as well. Her empathy and quick thinking were nothing short of a blessing that evening. It truly felt like a divine intervention.

And the food? Absolutely heavenly—especially the Halim, which was rich, flavorful, and comforting in every bite. That iftar turned into one of the most memorable moments of our Ramadan, all thanks to the kindness and efficiency of Mina and the wonderful team at Premium Sweets.

I may be late in writing this review, but the gratitude we feel is timeless.

I bought Rasa Golla and Nimki from this store today, as we normally enjoy sweets together on weekends. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The items were given to me from the fridge, and once I got home, I realized they were not fresh and seemed undercooked; maybe it had been inside the refrigerator for many days. It felt like my money went to the garbage. I truly believe a store should only sell fresh and properly prepared food. This purchase not only wasted my time and money, but also my trust. Additionally, the staff at this store were not helpful. They appeared more focused on their phones than on assisting customers. I strongly urge others to check the quality carefully before buying...

I Ordered extremely well done salmon and the waitress Pawan said ok but when she served, it wasn't extremely well done. When I told her she said that is how it ii always done with an unpleasant attitude. She did not even say a word sorry. Further she did not come to the table to ask how the food was with my other family members. We have a very bad experience earlier with the same person. It came to a point where we don't want have this waitress again and want to order the food to take out as she is such a terrible person.
