LCBO — Local services in Toronto

It's been almost 30 years I have started to going to this place ,this Please was always nice place to go, last few years noticed Clark's are working there they can't tolerate different races besides the lite color, majority of the community are living in this area is from east Asia, the way the Clark's are treating them it's not fair, if this location think they can not respect people from other part of the world then they should move out from this location or hire some other people who can respect people rather than race or color, so disappointed to see this kind of behavior people can do people . To the manager of this location, I know you will not care about that if I say this, I will never come to this location, because one customer doesn't make any difference, but if one after one decide the same same way don't know what will happen to this...

I work long and late 11-12 hour days so it’s hard for me to make it here before closing time. I got on my bike and sped over from my house in less then 7 minutes making it 2 minutes before close feeling pretty happy I made it... until the guy at the door refused to let me in even though I was visibly sweating and motioned I simply wanted to grab 2 cans of cider... probably would have been out of the store within 1-2 minutes...

I’m sorry but if your store closes at 10 pm then the door should not be locked UNTIL 10 PM! Or at least be still allowing PAYING CUSTOMERS TO ENTER THE STORE...

I also work in the customer service/dealing with the public industry and we answer our phones and leave our door unlocked until the actual time we close.

I am not impressed by the pure lack of proper business stanards displayed by this employee...

Was there today and lined up, cashier was talking to another customer who was already served and not in line. I was next and cashier just walked away to the office not even acknowledging me or say anything like "I be right back ". How can the LCBO union, who went on strike last year fighting against alcohol being sold in convenience stores treat their customers like this? I left my beer on the counter and bought the same brand at my corner store. Never will I go back. For now on I will purchase beer and wine and mixed drinks at grocery stores, supermarkets, gas stations and convenience stores. That staff member should be fired! I will never step in a LCBO or beer store ever again! Thanks for the strike, I found out also my beer is cheaper at...
