Presotea — Restaurant in Toronto

Great variety of teas. I bought the Panda Brown sugar bubble tea. The shop was about to close and I had been looking earlier in the day for Brown sugar bubble tea but the 2 other vendors I went to either didn't have it or they had a variant I didn't like. I saw Presotea was still open and went in with delite. Sadly the customer service was terrible. I asked the man at the till if the were closed and her said nearly. I asked if I could still have a bubble tea. He said which one. I asked for Brown sugar bubble tea. He said with slight annoyance in his voice, we have many which one and proceeded to list all the options. I had only encountered 1 variety previously, so I was taken back. I didn't know which one to choose and explained this to him. I felt very rushed. I chose the Panda one as it seemed like the ones I had before. When we ordered, I asked for one large grapefruit green tea, one regular mango slush, and one regular jasmine milk tea. (Which by the way were all really good). The mango slush and jasmine milk tea were ordered easily but when I got to the grapefruit green tea, the guy look confused and did not seem to know what I was talking about, which confused me because I was wondering if the guy knew what was on their menu? Drinks took pretty 25 mins to make and I get we ordered quite a bit but it should not take 25 minutes to make 3 drinks. Another problem was that when they gave us our drinks, they had given us all regular sizes when I asked for the grapefruit green tea to be large, which in result took more time to fix. This presotea is probably one of the worst I've been too in the GTA. The service is really bad. The employee made the owner loose $30 worth of bubble tea that I was buying for a group of people all for the sake of NOT adding coconut Milk when I was WILLING TO PAY for it. Apparently it's not part of the special even though I was willing to pay for it just to be added on top.... It took THAT to loose money for this location. I guess Green Grotto or Chai time is...
