This is by far the worst, i mean the "WORST EVER" asian buffet I've been to here in Canada!

We've made a reservation for 16 people for my mom's 70th birthday. We've invited guest from Ajax, Oakville, Burlington to come celebrate with us on her day. We had cake, balloons ready and we booked a reservation for 6pm sharp.

We anticipated that it maybe a bit busy since it's the weekend, so we even called 30 mins ahead to let them know we are on our way. All the lady said in the other line, is "ok ok, no problem".

We arrived at 5:45, we saw a huge crowd inside and outside the restaurant, we thought, "that's fine, we're a bit early. Good thing we had a reservation." We entered the establishment 5 mins before 6pm. We saw a lot of people mad complaining, angry, frustrated at the lady at the front desk. I had to squeeze through the crowd and tell her we're already here for our reservation at 6pm. She asked how many of us, I said 16 people.

She just added us to the list in her book and handed me a number. She says she will call us when the tables are ready.. i looked at her list, there's 32 groups ahead of us! Groups of 2, 4, 6, 10, 12, 15, etc. They call people at random by how many tables & chairs becomes available! No wonder why people were so angry. They all had reservations booked and they've been waiting for hours!

The restaurant keeps accepting reservations over the phone even when they cannot accommodate the people who were there already! One customer even shouted at the lady at the front desk for agreeing to book another new reservation over the phone knowing that people at the hallway we're already waiting for so long. I do agree with him, but i think she was told by her manager to just keep accepting reservations. Which is really stupid!

We were so embarrassed to our guests, especially my mom, we didn't get to sit down not until 9:20pm! That's more than 3hrs wait!!! There were no restaurants available nearby to accommodate such a huge group like us.

When we finally got in, no waiters were available to get our drinks, our table lacks plates, utensils, we had to grab it ourselves from a different table. We had about 30mins to eat since they close at 10pm. The food was horrible, all the meat were dry and hard. Even the rice they messed up. How??! It's an Asian restaurant!

We literally just ate what we could since we're all starving and we didn't eat lunch to be ready for this buffet. If only I can rate this restaurant a negative score, I definitely would! I will never come back and recommend this to anyone at all! NEVER!

The owner and management should be ashamed of themselves. No respect and dignity at all towards their guest. You would think, they would even offer a discount after all that incident? Nope.

We still left a 15% tip though, that's because we feel sorry for the 1 person cleaning the table and arranging it. Looks like no one else was there to help him.

Please do yourself a favor, save your time and money and look elsewhere. Dragon Pearl which is closeby is 10x better! We never had issues making huge group reservations at that place, we've made a huge mistake trying this place out. Never believe anything you see in social media! Most likely the good reviews here at Google were also paid by the...

We reserved a table for 5pm. We called to let them know we would be arriving late, and the girl on the phone was understanding and said that'll be fine. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly girl, gave her my name and moments later, another lady came and mumbled something to the hostess and led us to our table. My father sat down at our table and then that other lady yelled "no no no no no, this table not for you, for 530pm reservation, you book 5pm, take a number" and starts to storm off when I asked her nicely to relax and not yell at us for her own mistake. My family plus the young hostess was shocked. So we followed her back to the front entrance where she handed us a number. Firstly, I understand we were late. We spoke to someone who said it would be alright. I can even understand that we lost our table due to being late and I can appreciate that the restaurant gets busy, but to walk us to our table, then yell at us as we sit down is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. We ended up waiting 1.5 hours because we drove from Bradford to try this buffet.

Food: plenty to choose from, and we were excited to try everything we could. However, I found the majority of the hot table food cold and nothing memorable, the dim sum was cold and the har gow, sui mai or other dumplings were not steaming, some items were warm. You were given two tickets, one for half a BC crab and the other for a lobster and oyster. The BC crab was served ice cold, so i did not enjoy it, and lobster was over cooked, oyster was alright. The BBQ section was mediocre. It seemed like food was sitting for a while. Peking duck was good though along with sushi and dessert was good. Basically, the majority of things that didn't require cooking were good.

Overall, I give food two stars because I didn't leave hungry and even though the food wasn't all that spectacular, I was still able to eat with my family and have a good time. But how this place gets 5 star beats me. Mandarin or the other dragon buffets are much better.

Service gets two stars because even though we were rudely yelled at, our server Ana and the young hostess was nice. Owners/managers if you are reading this - teach your workers to speak kindly. There is no reason for raising voices or to be spoken to in a demeaning rude manner, maybe its a cultural thing because chinese people yell alot when speaking but yell with kind words lol and no im not a racist, I am part chinese too I understand it gets busy, but you work in the service industry and if you make a mistake, don't yell at your customers. Simply say " Oh, I made a mistake sorry for leading you to the table, because you're late, your table was forfeited.." or suck it up, figure it out and let us sit down because we were pretty much seated.

Take away - reserve a table and show up on time. Eat sushi, fruits, dessert and keep an eye out for when they bring out new hot food and go get it. If you like cold seafood, ADB is the place to go. If you want hot food, go to the...

This was the first time visiting this newly opened Asian buffet. This location is located at Bridlewood Mall at Warden and Finch Ave East.

I visited on a Friday evening and made reservations. They allowed me to reserve for 5pm or 7:30pm. Otherwise walk in only. Arrived just before 5pm, and a bunch of people were around the waiting area for their 5pm reserved seating. This was acceptable. We were quickly brought to our tables after checking in.

When entering the main dining room area, I was very pleased when the grand spectacle of the dining room. The high ceilings, modern elegant designs of the walls and layout of the buffet areas reminded me of some Las Vegas buffets.

Very happy with the half lobsters that they provide, which is truly all you can eat. I had 3 and a half whole lobsters during my dining experience. I would have eaten more, but after eating a bunch the lobster tail meat starts getting too filling and I wanted to start eating some other foods.

The women’s washroom featured a extra lower sink for young kids to ensure they wash their hands properly. A nice touch👍

I really liked the lobsters they provided, and they had special items not seen at other Asian buffets such as egg tarts, Peking duck, oysters, and more.

They have a 10 percent special if you pay by cash, and they have numerous different tables for different number of guests. They have a number of booth seating that can easily fit 6 people, and many lather banquet style circular tables for a family style dinner. The ice cream was delicious, and fresh.

They had both a sushi and sashimi bar with lots of variety. Unlimited, and you can serve yourself and take as much as you can eat!

The only line up was for the lobsters, but after the initial rush, there wasn’t a big line up. I would assume during the busy reservation times of 5 and 7pm, there’s the initial rush for the first 45 mins of people lining up for the lobsters, but after that, it’s quick as people get full from the lobsters and there are plenty. Even the line ups for the lobster wasn’t very long, I think the longest I waited was 3 minutes.

I liked how spacious the place felt with the high ceilings. For the price and value of the all you can eat, and especially not super duper crowded this is the place for all your holiday buffet feast with your family and friends. They have very attentive servers to ensure all your needs are met with a clean table, napkins, or refills of drink.

I really liked that soft drinks was included in the price of the buffet and free refills

Plenty of parking, so no need to stress about that for a dinner...
