Rotten food with Rotten customer service My partner went here earlier today around 12:15 pm and ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a drink, and a chicken bacon wrap. And with his food he was also served unnecessary and unreasonable rude behaviour by the two Indian ladies working at the front. The wrap was placed for pick up, which my partner grabbed, and while he waited for the rest of the order, they called out another wrap ready for pickup but this time it also mentioned the bagel. So he realized this combo order was his and the singular wrap was someone else’s order and he went up and politely apologized to the staff by saying sorry that he picked up someone else’s wrap thinking it was part of his order. Easy, simple. That’s usually how things like this go no? And this is where it should have ended with the staff saying “it’s ok understandable” and just announce the wrap for the right person to pick up. Instead these two ladies decided to rudely and aggressively ambush my partner asking why on earth he would do such a thing and trying to belittle him. He had even apologized and explained himself to the right customer when she picked up the wrap and, like a normal human, she said it’s ok no worries.
I’m sorry am I missing something? Is this Tim’s owned by these two ladies and did anyone not tell them what customer service means?? THEY are the ones who are taking these orders, so they are the ones who knew there were two people who ordered the same thing, so why not just ask for the customers name to write on the order so that it could be called out when ready and eliminate any possibility of mistake or confusion? How was MY partner supposed to be the one who knows whether there’s another customer with the same order or whether his order is going to be placed for pickup altogether or as each item is ready?! And all this atrocious behaviour only to be served a wrap FULL of rotten lettuces!? We can’t figure out whether we paid to get diarrhea or to get verbally abused. Absolutely disgusting experience. Please, from one south Asian to another, we are not in India, so don’t give a service that makes it feel like we are. You are in a different country, so treat it better with a bit of respect to begin with. Otherwise this is how you get people badmouthing an entire...
Read moreCame here just before 11 am on Dec 14, I was the only customer. it was not busy at all
I ordered a donut and coffee. The guy who took my order gave me my donut and it seems like he was walking over to the coffee area to make my coffee but no, this old lady (another customer) comes from the other side (from subway) asking about gift cards and my coffee is totally forgotten as he starts talking to her.
It takes a couple of minutes before he signals to another staff in the back to make the coffee. Then it gets worse, this other staff member makes the coffee but she then just stands there afterwards holding the coffee and listening to the conversation about gift cards. she wouldn't give me my coffee. I'm starting to lose my patience now and I say "excuse me, can i have my coffee?" Instead of handing me the coffee she puts it behind the counter and walks away like how am i going to reach over there to grab it? do i climb onto the counter? I have to ask other staff to give me my coffee.
This kind of service is the worst I've ever experienced at Tim Horton's. to pay for coffee and actually have to beg them to give it you. The staff here really needs to learn how to serve the customer (hand them the coffee) and give priority to people who ordered first. i was here way before that old lady and they totally ignore me because they already...
Read moreThis location is inside Bridlewood Mall food court. It’s a very high traffic Tims smack in the middle of the food court. The line was only 3 people so I decided to quickly place a mobile order for 1 chocolate dip donut 🍩 because my sugar was dropping. I stood at the counter waiting and watching 5 people place new orders at the counter and pick up their orders while still waiting for the 1 (one) donut and even when I was the only one remaining( still no one even asked what I was waiting for, checked the board for outstanding orders, or just looked at my mobile confirmation on my 📱. After 10 minutes and needing something quick; I interrupted one of the girls to ask her if I could just get the donut and leave. The receipt was still in front of me on the counter because she even asked while looking at it if it was only the one donut 😙🤨.
A little surprised why it took the order so long when there were 10 available ?
Perhaps the mobile order area is still being #tweaked I...
