I wish i could give them 0 rating due to their food and service by the staff. Yesterday, it was my cousin’s birthday and we decided not to go so far for food because of the bad weather outside and end up ordering at Rajdhani. I never ordered their main meal ever before just ordered apps which i like it. But yesterday they really made us feel bad in front of family and friends when we got the tandoori roti very hard and dry. We just got our food and reached home in 5-10 min and served the food right away and what we realized that the tandoori roti got dry and hard to eat. I had to call them when noboday was able to eat properly but everybody was starving so they ate the middle portion where they found is little soft rather then complaining. But the thing is we spent money on food that’s what it matters and when i called restaurant they told us to come and can replace with tawa rotis. We ended up going back again to the restaurant and showed then the tandoori rotis which we had ordered that how it get dry and the server was looking at us like we are begging for free food.. I don’t know why they don’t have any etiquette to show professionally when they serve customers that if anything happens with the order they have to take care of it because the customer pays for the food not getting free food anywhere. I wish the management can see this review and look into this matter also with the food and...
Read moreMy family is extremely upset with the Islington location, Rajdhani. My family and I have been coming to Rajdhani since this location opened, and we have never experienced such a disgusting blunder. The service at Islington location has really gone down. My family went this evening to order some samosas and sweets. The counter girl said we have only the small samosas my family ordered $3.00 worth samosas. They waited for 15 minutes, and the counter girl said, " Mam, they are in the fryer." My family thought they would get hot, fresh, yummy samosas. Then the waitress came and gave us the brown bag of samosas and handed it to my family with the sweets we ordered. My family paid cash money, and the counter girl did not give a recpiet. When they came home, we were looking forward to hot fresh samosas, and when we opened the bag....all the samosas were cold and 3 of the samosas were burnt and broken, which is extremely gross which Nobody can eat. My family is so upset because no one can enjoy what is supposed to be hot and fresh samosas. Rajdhani is not a place anymore. TAKEN FOR GRANTED THAT FOOD WILL BE EATABLE.
The counter girl should have simply said we don't have samosas at this...
