I've ordered several cakes from this bakery for birthdays and I have ordered several different flavors. I have never been disappointed. My favorite flavor would have to be the chestnut flavor cream. However like I said, I have had several different flavors but that 1 hands down is my favorite. The staff is polite and I have never had any issues with my order not being ready or not being what I exexpected it to be. I have placed an Order for a cake Up to a week and a 1/2 in advance and I was 100% satisfied. They will ask for a deposit on pre-orders which will depend on the total cost of your order but I was totally ok with this as it gave me some sense of security knowing that they would not dissappint me and it reassured me that my order woukd be ready when I picked it up. I will always order a cake from this location especially for a special Occasion like my daughter's upcoming birthday again and for her confirmation in the New Year. I hope this bakery is around forever!

2018:Stop complaining about the buns. The buns aren't that great get over it. Their cakes especially the mixed fruit variety are phenomenal. If you are visiting try it. If your family is out of town come get some. There is probably no other place to go for an impeccable chinese mixed fruit gateau than here. Their cakes are uniquely balanced from a proportion of fruit to cake to cream ratio. The price is just as epic, plus you can get the cake within 45 minutes if you ask nicely. There is no one that comes even close to matching them in terms of price and value no one. So stop talking about the buns...
Read moreI just love this place. Their pastries and buns are incredible, but, what makes this place extra special is their egg tarts, they are to die for. It's been while since I've eaten them as I now follow a WFPB diet, but, I miss them so much. The tart shell is incredibly buttery and super, super flaky. The custard filling is lightly sweetened and is velvety smooth and not eggy tasting at all. I've had Chinese egg tarts aplenty, but, none compare to these egg tarts. You won't be disappointed, trust me. They, also, serve Hong Kong style tea, which is a must try. Get it made with evaporated milk, I'd you drink dairy, it's so good. It's good black, also, but better with the evaporated milk. All their other buns are also great such as their pineapple coconut bun, it's delicious as is the red bean paste bun...I...
