Rick's Good Eats — Restaurant in Toronto

Was pleasantly surprised. I don't know who Rick is and was not aware he is a bit of a local celebrity. I was in the plaza and wanted to try something different.

I tried two items: Punjabi Cheeseburger and Masala fries - added bacon, loaded, flavourful and a bit messy. Ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. The fries tasted great even without the included aioli, but the sauce did add a nice punch

butter chicken mac and cheese. Fantastic. Macaroni was nicely cook with a chew and not mushy. Sauce and cheese were clingly without being overwhelming. Lots of little bits of butter chicken. Easily enough food for 2 people

Came at noon on a saturday and it was not busy. There was a single cook/server and food came out fast. Service was friendly when I needed extra utensils or napkins.

I want to go back and try more of the items. The atmosphere is more fast food than fast casual, yet the food is...

Been waiting for this day to come. Eyeing them since they’ve been in missisauga and so glad it’s finally in scarborough.

Their OG fried chicken sandwich is juicy and doused in that delicious spicy sauce. Packs just enough heat and doesn’t make you regret it

One thing you definitely have to try is their iced chai. Best way to calm the heat down as well

And you cannot forget about the samosas that are in weekly rotations. Love that this new location has the upcoming samosa flavours for the next couple weeks so you know what it’s gonna be

Service: on point. Super friendly bunch that ensures you get grade a quality food that is fresh and hot

There is ample amounts of parking and don’t even have to fight anyone for a spot. Will be coming back for more delicious...

Went here on a whim due to the 4.9 star rating. They do have a "rate 5 stars for a free cookie" deal so don't take the 4.9 star rating too seriously but it is a great spot.

Personally got a butter chicken mac n cheese. Would rate it an 8/10, great flavour, but a different more full pasta type would be better in my opinion, and there wasn't much chicken in it. Highly recommend if you like butter chicken, great strong flavour and not too spicy.

Friend got the butter chicken loaded fries, after trying it I would rate them about a 7/10. Fairly sour, more than I was expecting, not too much sauce and the butter chicken flavour wasn't as pronounced

All in all, recommend if in the area looking for quick eats, fair price, not too low or high, and...
