We hosted our 25th anniversary party at Ruth Chris ( Toronto Airport Location). As expected the food was delicious and all our guets were tremendously sastified. From the initial planning stages with Jacob Hazlet, His knowledge of the menu and wine list was extensive, enabling him to make recommendations that perfectly aligned with our preferences and watch it through to the flawless execution, Jacob demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and genuine care for our every need. His genuine warmth and proactive approach made me feel as though every aspect of the function was in the hands of a true expert. Both waiters Lydia and Vince, with their disarming smiles and impeccable attention to detail, made us feel like valued guests rather than mere customers. and dietary restrictions. Throughout the meal, the waiters demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring our utmost satisfaction. Their attentiveness was commendable, ensuring that our glasses were consistently filled and any requests were promptly addressed. Lydia and Vince’s professionalism extended beyond their interactions with us. I observed them interacting with our other guests with the same level of courtesy and efficiency, ensuring that everyone received exceptional service. It was evident that they were not merely performing their duties but were genuinely committed to providing a positive experience for all patrons. Beyond the exceptional food and impeccable service, the ambiance of the restaurant further elevated the entire event. The décor exuded an air of sophistication and elegance. As the host, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the remarkable experience we had at this restaurant. They say good things must always come to an end. It’s a very sad day when I’m no longer able to express my feelings of love for Ruth’s Chris. My recent visit will be my last. It’s not me Ruth, it’s you.

A word of advice, if you’re considering Ruth’s Chris, the only option should be the downtown location. We’ve been burned may times with the other GTA locations and tonight was another example of that.

This location itself lacks the ambiance and atmosphere you get with the traditional Steak house feel you get from the downtown location. It’s very nice and modern but it’s far from a Ruth’s Chris.

Our waiter was very nice but again lacked the years of experience that would accompany staff from their Toronto location.

Although this may seem trivial, the “free bread” at the beginning of the meal was disappointing. I know I sound like a broken record but doesn’t compare to the “other” location I’ll keep referencing.

We started off with a calamari appetizer that was so sweet, it reminded me of a Chinese take out dish. It’s a definite pass.

Now, I know I’m not exaggerating when I say this. When you go to a steak restaurant that charges close to $100 per steak, you expect it to be absolutely perfect. Unfortunately tonight BOTH of our steaks were extremely under done. The lack of follow through on the restaurant side was also extremely poor. Choosing to re-heat our steaks vs making new ones was a poor decision. When the “new” steaks came back, they lacked that “$100 steak feel”’. Felt as though I was eating leftovers the very next day. We did speak to a manager that seemed way too inexperienced to be working at a fine establishment like RC. We were offered another appetizer (pass) and some sparkling wine. We’re both non drinkers but whatever, thanks for the “nice gesture”.

Getting the bill was a huge kick in the nuts. All items ordered were there as if we had the ideal experience.

I recently had the pleasure of organizing our corporate Christmas party at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and I cannot express enough how exceptional the experience was. From the initial coordination to the day of the event, everything was flawless, thanks to the incredible efforts of Jacob and Emily.

Jacob and Emily were an absolute dream to work with during the planning stages. They were attentive, accommodating, and made the entire coordination process incredibly easy for me. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our event was a success set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable evening.

On the day of the event, our group was treated to an outstanding level of service in our private dining room. The servers were not only efficient and prompt but also exhibited impressive attention to detail. It was evident that every member of the staff was committed to ensuring every guest felt taken care of, creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.

The highlight of the evening, undoubtedly, was the exceptional meal provided by Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Every single employee had nothing but praise for the culinary delights served. The quality of the food was so outstanding that it prompted a rare moment of silence in the room, as everyone was thoroughly immersed in savoring each delicious bite.

In conclusion, our experience at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for our corporate Christmas party exceeded all expectations. The seamless coordination, attentive service, and delectable food made it a night to remember. I extend my sincere gratitude to Jacob, Emily, and the entire staff at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for their dedication to excellence.
