VERY DIRTY. POOR SERVICE. UNCOMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE. The only reason this place deserves one star is because desserts from this brand are still good, but WOW does experience vary by location. This establishment seems to be part of a small franchise chain, and being from King City, the location near me is fabulous and a gem to take my elderly mother or young grandkids to. While on a visit to Toronto, I thought it would be a good idea to visit this location but they'll never see me again. Getting any kind of service at the tables or at the counter is atrocious. Tables and chairs are dirty, I had to use wet wipes to clear a table off. Staff are rude, and quite poorly trained. Bathroom was a mess, had no soap or toilet paper and was dark. I have no idea how this place thinks this is an appropriate way to run a business. We ended up using the bathroom at this location with our own kleenex pack, cleaning off one of their tables for them and ended up at another bakery. Believe the one-star reviews. I wish I read the reviews of dirtiness before coming here - they are 100% true. This is a poorly managed location, not a place I would ever recommend to a friend again, especially with so many other places near by when...

This bakery at Rogers is in need of an overhaul POSITIVES: lots of parking the bread is fresh and tasty good variety of pastries and cakes (although some of the less popular pastries aren’t fresh) the prices are fair NEGATIVES: cleanliness is not a priority (from the dirty door handles, to the sticky tables and napkins dispensers, to the nastiness of the washrooms). Their standards are poor. customer service needs improvement (from the wait to order, to the wait to get your food, there is no expectation of friendly, efficient service) none of the pastries or cakes have a price listed (you have no idea of price until it’s totalled at the cash register) the cashier should not be serving customers (it’s inefficient and slows down the checkout line) If they don’t clean up their act, they will lose customers as there are two other Portuguese bakeries within walking distance...

Was meeting a friend for a quick coffee and because of the convenient location today picked to come here. We don't come here very often because we kind of know what to expect.

So we placed our order at the counter before getting a table. My friend and i sat talking to each other for a good long time when we realized customers who had come in after us were getting their orders delivered to their tables.

When we asked to find out what was taking our 2 lattes so long...they had totally forgotten about us.

Very disappointing service and would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry.

If you know what to expect and are willing to live with the very unorganized and slow service...then otherwise it is not a bad...

This place has really amazing baked goods, desserts, custard, cakes. Its really 5 stars. However, there's a recent new item that doesn't seem to fit quite well. They stopped making brownies but now have brownie cookies. Taste wise they are good, not very sweet and chocolatey flavor. The problem is the breading itself. Brownies are sticky and cookies are relatively one sturdy piece. This item was neither, it was more like a cake with chocolate coating on top. Like a Joe Louis, but not good. It also crumbles as soon as you pick it up so it was mostly just picking up crumbs to eat. It's the most disappointing food item. I'll have to go for other items next time.

I recently visited Seara Bakery and Pastry. The pastries are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully crafted, with an authentic touch that’s hard to find elsewhere. Their bread is perfectly baked, and the selection of baked goods caters to every taste. The customer service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The cozy ambiance is perfect for enjoying a coffee with a pastry or grabbing some treats to go. I highly recommend Seara Bakery for anyone who loves high-quality, delicious baked goods. It’s a gem in the community!

I ordered through Uber Eats. There is so much food for the money spent, and it's tasty! Steak sandwich- over 8 inches long, on a very soft, freshly baked bun for $6. The Tosta Mista is also delicious and only cost $4.25. The scrambled eggs and toast for $3.98 came with about 4 scrambled eggs (I am estimating) and two thick, soft pieces of buttered toast that are the equivalent of 4 regular slices of bread. I will order from Seara again- I can't wait to try their pastries and desserts!
