The rudest staff I have ever dealt with at A&W.. I’ve been going to A&W restaurants for over 25yrs. They are usually VERY good at wheelchair accessibility & staff attitude… Not here!

A LINE OF TABLES IN FRONT OF THE CASH REGISTER, destroying any accessibility for ppl with disabilities, especially those in wheelchairs..

Staff have also been given instructions to be more accommodating to people in wheelchairs..

There is a lot of ppl in the area who use wheelchairs/mobility devices, so that’s important to have accessibility. ))

When asked they blamed covid (btw this is the ONLY location I’ve gone to where this is still being done They even wanted me to hand them my bank card in order to pay..

The staff (2 females) couldn’t comprehend why this was a problem …

The rude attitude & comments & complaining about * wheelchairs’, & ‘she’s not going to order, just complaining’ was just beyond ridiculous & definitely NOT the amazing quality customer service I’ve experienced at other locations.

They also assumed I’m a male, twice.

I've ordered here about 20 times and have never had issues besides the past two nights. I ordered Sunday a grandpa burger without condiments as condiments make me sick, and they put them on my burger. The second time I went in Tuesday may 20th 4:50 am, I ordered a Grandpa burger combo with no condiments, and when I left, I saw it was wrong. I returned to the store saying, " Hi, excuse me. My order was wrong. I didn't order condiments on my burger, " the lady apologized & I showed her the order. They wiped the patties and put them back in the burger. When I got back to work, it was still covered in ketchup as the patties were the old ones. I threw the patties away and won't be returning. Pros: Open 24 hours, food when made right, usually quiet. Cons: order being wrong, employees forgetting order, & not owning up to their mistakes. Instead, they do it again. (⚠️If you have allergies, I'd avoid this place or triple check your order before leaving and watch your food...

I waited for my order for 30 minutes...it was morning, I was alone in the restaurant, there was no line in the restaurant. The young girl told me to wait 5 minutes. But she and her partner did not even start to take my order. Instead, they started to clean the kitchen. And the most important thing is that they lied to me. They understood that it would take them a long time, but instead of telling me about it (and I would have just left) they told me a lie, and I sat like a dog and waited for my order for 30 minutes. When I tried to politely explain to them that next time they should tell the truth, one of the girls showed me a displeased expression.
