Worst dining experience of our lives. The waitress looked high. Tried to remember an order that included a sandwich, fries, a pizza with 5 options + another one with 1 with no pen and paper. She came back with water and her hair was stuck in the water bottle when she put it down. She removed her hair. No one drank water the rest of the night. Our food came. Both pizzas were wrong but too wrong to eat. One had cheese and was supposed to be vegan. The other was missing toppings and had mushrooms and the kids don’t eat mushrooms. We sent them back. She was upset. When they came back 1 tasted like they just opened the tomato paste and poured it on. No seasoning, no salt. We had no space for these comfortably on the table so we had to gather our own dishes and put them on the bar. She put a crowd next to us, displaying behaviours we didn’t want the kids to see. Cardboard like Pizza. Very dry. Tasteless sauce. Low quality cheese. Everything wrong with a pizza is what this place serves.

As to their high ratings, I seriously doubt the genuineness.

Ordered on UberEats - Margarita & NYC Cheese. Called the restaurant to send some chilli oil on the side. The front of house who answered the call confirmed it would be done.

Order gets delivered - No chilli oil.

The pizza is on the box, no parchment. The cardboard soaks in the moisture from the pizza and the pizza tastes of cardboard.

Called about the experience and I was told that they were busy and would call me back. I asked about the Chilli oil & am told now that it's extra charge. I would have gladly accepted the charge had they told me when I called first. Not after the order has been delivered without it.

They just said multiple times.... "That's Ok". Never apologetic. Never acknowledging their mistake.
