Tricolore Bar & Caffe — Restaurant in Toronto

There is a small table outside this Cafe I assume it's suppose to be their patio, their customers make it impossible for girls to pass by without being harassed, their customers are disgusting and don't respect anybody who just wants to pass by. I think the owner should be more selective on the clientele they have. For those reasons I don't care what kind of product they offer if they allow this to happen in their patio I can only imagine what they allow...

(English, Italian below) The bar is old-school, it would need some renovation and more light. However, what triggered me to give even a lower mark was the unsatisfactory attention to new customers. I specifically asked to a couple of member of the staff (incl. the owner I think) whether they would have shown a specific soccer match the day after. They replied positively even when I urged them to double-check, as I need 1h 20m of commute to get there. When I got there, they were not able to find the match on TV, and I lost 3h in commuting. It has been so disappointing, and nobody apologized. Next time that a customer asks you something, please check it before giving a random answer.

Il bar è vecchia scuola, potrebbe essere meno illuminato e reso meno buio. Comunque, ciò che mi ha spinto a dare un voto più basso è la scarsa attenzione per nuovi clienti. Mi sono recato a questo bar per vedere una partita di calcio, ed ho espressamente chiesto se il giorno dopo ne avrebbero trasmesso un’altra. Mi hanno risposto positivamente anche dopo che le ho chiesto di ricontrollare il palinsesto della tv per sicurezza, dato che non mi andava di fare un viaggio di 1h e 20m a vuoto. Quite possibly the best espresso in Toronto. Atmosphere is that of a slightly divey, sleepy place frequented by "the usual suspects" older Italian dudes. There's a great lunch hot table, and the coffee is consistently exceptional.
