My recent experience at this establishment was nothing short of disappointing. It's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. The service was atrocious, the food quality was poor, and the entire place reeked of grease.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear that we were in for a rough dining experience. Our waitress, who appeared disinterested from the start, seemed to go out of her way to avoid attending to our table. It was baffling to see her prioritize chatting with her colleagues over serving customers. The lack of attention and care was disheartening.

To make matters worse, when I ordered the Cajun dry wings with the sauce on the side, my request was completely ignored. The wings arrived smothered in Cajun sauce, which was not what I had asked for. When I brought this to the waitress's attention, she didn't take responsibility and instead blamed me for the mistake. There was no attempt to correct the order or even offer an apology. I felt compelled to reluctantly eat the wings, even though they were not prepared to my specifications.

Overall, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The combination of terrible service, subpar food quality, and an unpleasant ambiance made it clear that this establishment is far from satisfactory. I regretted even tipping the waitress, considering her blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I can only hope that they take customer feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid similar experiences for others...

My family of 5 went to St. Louis at the York Mills and Leslie location this evening, following my son's hockey game. We placed 5 orders of the special $13.99 All You Can Eat Boneless Wings. 15 pieces came with the original order, and you could then order an additional 5 pieces per subsequent order.

We only placed the original order each. The orders are filling. When we were ready to leave and asked to pack up the excess wings, we were told we were not allowed to take them out. Despite speaking with the servers, and the Manager, we were told that was their "policy".

We were very disappointed, and asked what would be done with the uneaten portion of wings...we were told that they would be thrown out...

In this economic time, it is disgraceful...1. That we paid for food, yet were not allowed to take home the excess; and 2. The excess would be thrown out...

VERY POOR customer service, and social awareness and disregard on the Management's part. We will not be returning to that location.

Sorry to the servers - we appreciate your efforts to help. Bad on the Management, and hope this "policy" would be reviewed to avoid other dissatisfied customers, and...

This restaurant is a scam. If you are new, dont come here. This kind of business will never exist long and worse than Mc.Donals. I came here with my cousin. We ordered chicken wings and the girl brought out plant-based chicken nuggets. We ate a few and told her they were not chicken wings and she apologized maybe she didn’t hear clearly and said she would bring the chicken wings and took the rest back to the kitchen. Then the girl brought the chicken out and they were still not chicken wings. They were chicken nuggets and tasted like frozen chicken nuggets in boxes from Walmart. I think they also made chicken nuggets and just didn’t want to make new so they pretended to be deaf and brought what they had in the kitchen out for customers. Also, the service wasn’t good. Those girls were so busy to flirt guys and gossip in the kitchen. We had to paid for $42 for things that we didn’t even want. This restaurant was the worst one i have experienced. Bad food. Bad service. Bad atmosphere. And they even let homeless people come in and out to use washroom. Red flag. Me and my cousin will tell our family and everyone we knew to not come...
