I have been here a couple times for birthdays (about 3 years apart). The last time I arrived after my daughter was at a friends party with her dad and baby brother. I arrived half way trough as to drop of the gift and found no one was watching the gate. I was able to walk in without issue. As well upon leaving I found people were able to just leave without anyone checking to ensure the kids were leaving with the appropriate person. In fact our daughter ran ahead and past the gate without us and no one noticed (thankfully she did not go out the front door before we caught up to her) . I took her to another similar type play place and we received stamps upon entering to ensure we were leaving together, not sure if they normally do this here but it did not happen they day we went. The place has changed from the last time i was there, the infant section was moved since the last time. This is definitely geared to older kids (about 5 or 6 and up). It is not a bad place over all but the security issue is concerning.
Additional info in response to owner: I appreciate your follow up but want to point out that I in fact walked in with a child (i had my 2 yo with me). I stood around waiting to speak to the person at the desk (there were 2 employees talking to a 3rd person) and i wanted to pay for my son as we intended to pay for him to play while his sister finished at the party (as he was not part of the tally for the party and we did not want the parents to be charged for an additional child) however they then all walked to the back leaving no one at the desk or near the entrance. As i was still not able to reach thier dad on the phone I walked in (with my son) so we could atleast drop ofc the gift. The gate was not even secure (swinging open from whoever went through last). I also did not walk straight into a party room as thier dad was not in the room. I mention all of this as it seems a reminder of security might be in order (everyone has times where they can get lax at thier job), considering kids are more likely to be taken by someone they know rather than a stranger it might be good to go beyond looking for "suspicious behaviour " and ensure the basics of access control are kept up at your...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed by my experience. First off it’s quite expensive and not much for a young child at all. Not worth the price. But I think what really ticked me off was the fact that I waited for 10 minutes to be served at the food stand, I stood in front of the cash, the girl working there saw me and left the food area like I was invisible then finally a guy came out to take my order. I was over charged for pizza and pop. I said 3 times I wanted both pizzas on the combo with pepperoni, he asked again and I said yes BOTH with pepperoni (because my son will only eat pepperoni) , he said “okay 10 minutes” , 25 minutes later he gives me 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. When I realized and went back he got rude and refused to fix it. I had a terrible experience and definitely will not be going back there ever again. Huge waste of money and not as great as it seems.
Update, you got the wrong person in your so called “receipt “ because I came alone and even though that’s what the guy put in your system what I voiced to him to order is not what he put in so I doubt your system has what I asked for verbally so that doesn’t even make sense. Making me look like a liar because of fake receipts is bad business practice. You can’t just make up a scenario to try and make other reviewers not...
Read moreAbout three days ago my friend had their daughter’s birthday party there and that’s how I knew this place. When you first drove to this place you might not see it right away, because it’s hiding behind the building, so find the address and drive around to the back, you will find it for sure. Then let’s talk about inside the playplace. It’s very spacious, lots of party rooms and verities of games to entertain younger and older kids. My kids are age 3 and 9, both them loved this place and I surly will go back! This place is well kept, means very clean, kids and adults must wear socks and washroom is good sized and well managed. They have enough space for adults to sit and having a conversation while kids go nuts by themselves, they do served many snacks and drinks. One thing I really enjoy is this games are not only for kids, if you are like me enjoys kiddie games, then you’ll have a blast too, so it’s fun for kids and adults! I love their mini golf, spy room, and air hockey, many games I don’t even know how to name it, due to my poor English, so to help you better understand this place, I have lots pictures to show you. So Enjoy it and I would definitely go back and recommend to friends. (Ramp access is available, show...
