Starbucks — Restaurant in Toronto

I go here often. They get your order right and it's good! If they don't get it right, it's likely cuz they are new and someone else there will help clear it up for you. There are a handful of very friendly baristas there. Jayden or Jaylyn is one of the best customer service people I've encountered, never rushing orders so they're correct, dealing with unhappy customers professionally, the warm attitude is cherry on top. And the manager is friendly and always helping out. Honestly unless you go at the right time, you are likely to get a straight forward, "I'm just here for the cheque" kind of service, but with a good drink. I try to be really friendly every time, but you never know what people are dealing with right now, it's a busy store. Not everyone is gunna be moved by your smiles (especially if it's beneath a mask!). Most of the time they're in a good mood and I wouldn't go here as often as I do if it wasn't a great spot. No disrespect, but the quality of the coffee is not as great as other locations. That being said, it is definitely not the staffs fault. It is either the equipment or the coffee itself, I'm not an expert, so I can not say for certain. It may even have something to do with the fact that this is a small location inside a Loblaws grocery store, I don'tknow. However, the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. I visited this location after doing a few groceries I am an older mad and not very verse in technology or Starbucks for that matter so I’m not really familiar with the menu or how to order drinks the very nice young woman by the name of Janika took her time when explaining how to customize my beverage and even sat with me on her break to help me get familiar with the app this experience was so pleasant I will only be visiting this location from now on this is some of the best customer service...
