Solid 4/5 Firstly. The owner is very friendly and extremely patient with me struggling through the menu. The Order - Beef and Broccoli - Honey Garlic Spare Ribs - General Tao Chicken - Crispy Beef - Chicken Fried Rice (Free when you spend $50) The Beef and Broccoli was almost the best I’ve ever had. The beef was very tender, broccoli had a nice bite, sauce was the perfect consistency and the ratios were perfect (no skimping on the protein). Unfortunately, the dish was too salty. I’m from the Caribbean, and we like well seasoned and salted dishes, but this peaked that threshold. The Honey Garlic Spare ribs. Cooked to perfection. I was expecting the typical chewy, fight to get it off the bone type of spare rib, but these spare ribs were tender, held their form… must be slow cooked and braised. Delicious. I don’t have anything negative to say. I’m not a fan of honey garlic, but this dish got smashed. The General Tao Chicken was what I expected. If I had one critique… maybe a bit more saucy, but that’s really subjective. The Crispy Beef was good, tender, sought after. It’s not Hakka, but I’m ordering it again and again. Ok. So all of these dishes are rich with flavour and you need a good foundation to balance your tastebuds. Fried rice is just adding more complexity, so I highly recommend getting a steamed rice. The fried rice was ok. It was free and we ate it all so not going to complain. I wouldn’t order it on its own. Adding this spot to the rotation, it’s So Good!

November 1, 2020 Tried something different today - crispy ginger chicken. Adding it to my list if favorites! October 13, 2020 Ordered for delivery (couldn't help myself)! Cantonese chow mein (asked for no carrot/bok choy), chili chicken w/ steamed rice and spring rolls 😋😋😋 October 8, 2020: I KNEW I wouldn't wait another 5 years! Ordered delivery direct from the restaurant - only $2 for orders over $25 pre tax! Same Singapore noodles and spring rolls, but also added chili chicken over steamed rice. Full meal and good portion size. Thank you Su-Good! You are SO good!!! October 7, 2020: It's unfortunate that there is no dine-in available right now (due to covid) but I managed with takeout. I hadn't been there for about 5 years. No reason, I just hadn't. Yet, when I walked in, despite the lack of tables and chairs, it still felt like I'd been visiting on a regular basis. I'd been longing to have their Singapore noodles so I chose chicken and shrimp as my meat options (with extra curry), and yep, just as good as I remembered! Crispy spring rolls and chicken wings rounded out my order. Nothing had changed. Don't think I can wait another 5 years until next time! P.S. if memory serves, their Cantonese chow mein is also pretty incredible! *** tap the picture ofme to see ALL my reviews and photos!

If you have ever actually eaten food in Chinatown Markham,Richmond Hill or Spadina. You will be disappointed with this food. It’s just ok and overpriced. Shrimp spring rolls are prepackaged frozen crap for $2.25 a piece. Horrible little chicken wings over battered. Try supreme taste on broadview for these. Huge and perfectly crispy with no batter. Chicken fried rice is all soya sauce. Crispy ginger beef was encouraging, taste wasn’t bad and a big portion. Singapore noodles was probably the best of all the dishes. Huge shrimp and a bunch of them. No green onion or egg though. Black bean chicken was over powered by green pepper. $87 tax and tip in. Huge rip off. Don’t bother. It’s basically food court kinda stuff from a mall. No wonder it’s in mighty white east end.

Best Chinese food in East Danforth, hands down. So far, both orders have been excellent! The first order was a pick up, we paid cash and were offered a 10% discount due to them only having one delivery person, causing long wait times. The second order was also a pick up but we were denied the 10% discount, unfortunately. So a little bit of inconsistency there. Otherwise, the food is really good! Both orders came with Chicken Fried Rice for free, which is a really nice dish.

Having come from living close to Chinatown in Toronto and regularly ordering from some of the best and most popular Chinese food restaurants this city has to offer I can definitely say with confidence that this place stands up with the big ones. The General Tso Chicken is TOP NOTCH!! Honestly up there as some of the best we’ve had.

I’m sure with continued orders we may find some inconsistencies with the food quality as you will read in the reviews, although that has not been the case for us thus far. I’m honestly not understanding the one star reviews and completely disagree with them.

As mentioned, the General Tso is crazy good! The chicken wings are insane. So crispy!! The chicken balls are a bit heavy on the breading but honestly really good. The red sauce isn’t too sweet like others I’ve tried. The Chicken Fried Rice is deliciously crispy and the low mien is all really great. The dumplings are also excellent!! I would fully recommend you pick up your order so the food is hot and fresh for you. That seems to be the key factor here.

We will be...
