Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

The subway here is worst. When I asked for Veggie delight she said that we do not serve veggie patty and charged extra. We had no problem paying but even after paying the amount. Firstly the sandwich was too messy and even after requesting again and again for the proper stuff of veggies to fill in she just put 4-4 pieces of the veggies. Also sauces were so little that it did not give any taste in my sub. Also they denied for the ketchup when asked and said “you can get ketchp fromMc Donalds”. Seriously???? Waste of money!!!! Please avoid visiting this Subway. Also when we said we get free cookies in all Subway, she just gave a wierd gesture. Is this how the customer is treated!!!! Please remove this...

My husband just bought a veggie Sub for me. I am on the phone telling him what I need. He was telling the lady. When I got it there were so little vegetables. I work for subway so I know. The workers should give the customers what they asked for, this have half of the normal amount of vegetables. I had to post this.

Today I went back to subway in Albion mall. I spoke to the server, who called the manager. I explained what happened the last time. She was very nice about it and apologize, saying maybe it was busy. I ordered a veggie Sub again. Am pleased to say it's just the way I would have made it. Thank you to both ladies. Sorry to have caused you any problem...

This place is ridiculous and the employee over here is way too arrogant. We asked for extra sauces and veggies she didn't give us and we also asked for ketchup and she refused and guided us to get it from McDonald's as if we were unaware of that. Please never try this subway here. Sauces she added ourwawereery few that we can not even get a taste of. Please never go there, avoid...... Rude very rude. She didn't even offer free cookies that we get from other subways. Waste of money. The girl over the counter she did the same thing as one of you...
