Tim Hortons, adjoining Mac Donald in the Albion Mall, is doing good business. At any given time, there are, at least, ten people standing in a queue to place their orders. In spite of the long line up, yesterday evening, there was only one lady behind the counter to take orders, process money transactions, and prepare and deliver the ordered items. Untrained, self righteous staff. I asked for a regular coffee, no sugar, one cream. She gave me an earful on how regular coffee comes with sugar and how I should "never" say regular coffee if I don't want sugar. With or without sugar, you charge me the same.
