says: I can't believe the good reviews left? are these people blind? let's face it people, Albion Centre as they now call it, sucks period! This mall needs to be torn down, There's no quality place to buy yourself or your kids clothes, The shoe stores are junky poor quality shoe stores! where would you even buy a nice jacket in there? cheap quality, The only thing keeping this mall going is McDonald's, The LCBO, where the drunks can buy their booze & leave the bottles & cans in the dirty washroom stalls. No-Frills at one end & Canadian Tire, Oh & did i mention the restaurant inside, or should i say Bar? where the Drunks hang out each day! I would never eat at that place again! if you want a pop, They give you only stupid cans, more thirsty? another stupid can of pop! need a napkin? gotta beg for it! So many closed down shops! This is a low class neighborhood! people are cheap here! They don't come to this mall to spend lots of money! the foodcourt is full of old retired men who do nothing all day but scratch their scratch tickets at the tables & leave the losing ones all over the floor & tables! so yup! This mall is a dump! The same goes for Woodbine Centre, Fantasy Fair is keeping that mall going! otherwise it's a dump as well, tear...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Albion Centre is a decent mall. For those who are looking for high end fashion, steer clear of Albion. You will not get that here. They have a good couple of stores in the mall, for example, No Frills, Shoppers Drugs Mart, Ardenes, The Source, some phone stores and the LCBO. They also have some discount style stores as well. I find the mall lighting to be very boring, they are in need of a big upgrade in terms of decor. The bathrooms are usually clean. I think my biggest pet peeve about the mall are the creepy old men that lounge around in the food court area, it seems from opening to close, every time I have to go to the LCBO or to the washroom, I have to walk by a bunch of men glaring at me in a strange way. I guess for a lack of better terms, I'd call them mall rats. For a mall that you want to get a couple little things, like some groceries and liquor, this is a good mall for you. If you want a nice experience, steer clear of this mall. It does not even come close to Scarborough Town Centre, Fairview Mall, Yorkdale or any of those...

You try to go there for a quick bite, but it is pointess because all the seats are occupied by older seniors who loiter there. They justify themselves as paying customers because there is usually one person who buys a coffee and 9 others just sit around that person with nothing in hand.
So many ma and pa shops that seems to sell nothing really useful besides cheap clothing items.
No Frills is just crowded all around and parking is hell there.
Canadian Tires is the only store that seems to be decent.
There is a Shoppers Drugmart there, but it is small, merchandise is not well stocked.
I second another reviewer that mentioned people are rude here, also I think there is a lack of common courtesy. When you open a door for someone here, majority of the time they walk on through without even a smile of acknowledgement.
Avoid this Mall like a plague, not just because of the stores...but because it is a headache just...
