Not very good. Ordered a basic Thai dish.. curry.. it was not good at all. First of all the curry was on top of the rice, not separate. I understand that's a preference thing, but if someone is not consuming it right away the rice soaks up all the curry and gets gross.

The curry had ok flavor, nothing outstanding. But it had a weird consistency.. like cornstarch was used to thicken it. I've never experienced that with any other Thai food I've had. Kinda weird.

Food lacked any true Thai taste. It was spicy.. and had an inkling of curry flavor but I was disappointed for the price and what was served. I could have made my own pot that would feed me for a week for $17. But you pay for the convenience of having a quick dish.

Service wasn't anything special. The person wasn't rude or unpleasant, so not much to say of that.

Subject: Incomplete and Misrepresented Order – Request for Refund

Hello,

I placed an order for Lobster Pad Thai with added mushrooms, but the meal arrived with no lobster at all—only the mushrooms I paid extra for. This is completely dishonest. If lobster was unavailable, I should have been informed or the order should have been canceled, not silently changed.

The Pad Thai itself was subpar, poorly prepared, and far below the standards I expect, especially compared to reputable chains like Thai Express. I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by both the listing and the lack of communication.

I am requesting a full refund for this order and expect this issue to be addressed immediately. This level of service and food quality is unacceptable.

The cashier with eyeglasses was very rude, I just asked him if it’s possible to get my meal without spices, instead of telling me no or we can’t do that sir, sorry. He told me with attitude choice another meal. Come on at least train your self and your attitude. There was another customer behind me and he was staring at her like a criminal, instead of giving the customers a smile and saying to them welcome. I'm wondering from where you get these Savages to serve the customers.
