When I tell you I had to make the time to come and leave my honest review!!!! First time purchasing from this place and the LAST.

Where do I begin? The wait time, unforgivable and unacceptable. 2 people ahead of me and these ladies moving like snails and taking their good ole time. I stood there in shock! Waited almost 15 min to be served, 10 min in I turn around now 3 more people behind me. No exaggeration.

The food: y'all should be ashamed of yourselves! So I do undercover food reviews, the food served to me was INSULTING in addition to a number of other things. REALLY? HOW?

I paid you 12 dollars and fourty three cents for a meal and that is what you serve me with a straight face? It's a pity I did not open the meal and try it right there and then! I ordered goat with rice and peas and veggies. ( who tf serves brocolli pieces with curry goat) Either the meat was stale( because it had this odd scent OR they used a different meat type, it did not taste like goat!!) I was so MAD.

I have never had a bad curry goat meal! They put 1 lil piece of potatoe, like this grape size, and 5 I said FIVE pieces of goat and maybe 4 big pieces of BONE AND A BUNCH OF GRAVY, the whole heap of lumps of gravy was a way for them to make it look as though there was a ton of meat there. Just How???

I wanted to fight someone!!!! You took my 12 dollars and gave me 5 pieces of smelly "goat"? REALLY?

The the RICE!!!! You served me rice that was not fresh! How dare you? Even parts were hard, I have neverrrr thrown out a curry goat dish, this was the first! The smell from the meal alone was turning my stomach.

Well, honest review from Mrs. BERNARD reviews, 1 out of 10. The 1 was for the bit of little cabbage that I somewhat ate.

You lost my business because I will never ever patronize again. 👎👎👎

This was my second time ordering from this establishment. The first time, the food was decent and reasonably priced.

However, my experience yesterday was completely different. The BBQ chicken was extremely tough—so much so that it broke the plastic fork while attempting to cut it. It seemed as though the chicken had been repeatedly refried and reheated over a long period.

Next, I opened the rice, only to find it plain and completely flavorless, with no sauce or gravy provided. Later that night, when I reopened the container, the rice had already developed a foul odor, suggesting it had spoiled. This raises serious concerns about the food’s freshness and safety.

Unfortunately, I am now suffering the consequences of consuming this meal. It is unacceptable for a business to serve food in such a poor state, showing a complete lack of care for its customers.

I will be reaching out to Uber Eats to report this issue and warn others about ordering from this...

The chicken here is excellent. What other reviewers are saying about it is true. I've been there 3 times now, and each time this place has impressed. It's the best chicken I've had in a long while. (Tried the BBQ and Jerk - both top notch, especially the BBQ). Generous portion sizes and great value for your money. I was there a couple of days ago and there was a line of about 5 people, next door restaurant has 0 or 1 in line. Rice and peas are great with the red sauce. Food tastes excellent and seems healthy as well. The only problem I've had here so far is that one time they missed giving me a side that was part of the daily special, the other time, they didn't me oxtail gravy I asked for.
