DON’T EAT HERE!! Absolute worst tim’s i’ve ever been too. Staff are rude and will not accommodate costumers. No matter what we order or how much, something is always wrong. They spend more time focusing on drive through timers than helping customers. We ordered a BAGEL TOASTED WITH CREAM CHEESE, the worker proceeded to “check” to see if they had any… 2 minutes later once the car ahead of us had drove off she comes back on the intercom and says, “we have it, drive up” and we are handed us our order and we drove of and didn’t realize until we got lot the parking lot that we were given an untoasted bagel with butter and no receipt. When we went inside to have the issue rectified we were told “you were only charged for a bagel with butter so…” as if we were it was our mistake when we had no idea there was an issue with the order. even though we ordered a bagel with CREAM CHEESE. the order was never reviewed or confirmed to us, was never displayed on the screen and we were not given a receipt. The employees were resistant to help us or see our perspective and were careless with our food preparation. There were more than 7 people working and the entire staff stopped to throw around blame or to oppose us when it was a matter of putting some cream cheese on the bagel we handed them and be done with it… the difference is 40¢. The whole situation was handled unprofessionally when this is the first time i’ve attempted to have my issue resolved after the many many wrong orders and cold food that i’ve received in the past. This has been a consistent problem for the past 4 years with ongoing issues of poor service, quality and standards… it gets to be too much. this place should be shut down or there needs to be a clean sweep of management. this is ridiculous. Not to mention, I see how dirty this establishment is and i watch the staff fail to meet proper sanitary standards in they way they handle the food and toss used napkins where they store the sauces and vegetables… i noticed this place barely passed health inspection… too bad they don’t do...

Line up is long and noooobody is serving. People wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and still no one comes. Employees just chatting with their friends and we just wait. That's ok though because somebody with lots of money will come around and create their own coffee shop and put it right beside every single tim hortons and then consumers will have a choice... and :) Tim Hortons will be shutting their doors.. Nothing is forever people
Their employees from my experience, 80% of the time do this. If the coffee is $2 and I pay $2 cash, they put on the receipt that I paid $5 and they owe me change $3 and it ruins my accounting because it confuses me. I should start going by the receipt and demand what I am "owed"
We always have to ask for sleeves for steep tea and coffee. I don't understand why. Every successful and well recognized coffee shop gives you a sleeve for coffee and steep tea and with Tim Hortons we have to ask which is preposterous to me.
Last incident (there are many, everyday something new) but i will keep it short and brief for yall. I ordered the sandwich and made it combo.. the lady brought me a burnt sandwich. Some parts of it was BLACK. I said hey, I dont like this can i just return it and get my money back she said, I thought you wanted it toasted..... LOL ok ok ok.. Black burnt bread is now called toasted... You guys are i am sorry i really am sorry to say this.. BELOW AND BEYOND.. You guys just simply... s..u..c..k... I apologize for the way I am communicating but THERE IS NO OTHER WAY to communicate it.

Read moreHello, I visited this place right away and had a conversation with the store Manager Asha. First of all, great thanks to the team member working at the drive-thru in the night shift, I went there before 2:20 am and asked her, I forgot my tiffin at home, It's a break, i need any food if possible. She got fresh steeped tea and a Four Cheese bagel with butter for me. As i had only a $100 bill (Even i asked in the beginning) she asked me to pay in the morning.
But, when i reached a restaurant in the morning(contacted the store Manager Asha), I saw flies in the showcase, upon asking for that, no doubt she moved back to the showcase but said she can't do anything, it's up to me if i want something to buy or not. How ridiculous is it, how someone at such a professional restaurant could say that if you want to buy the food contaminated with files. There are so many ways to get rid of flies like keeping the store clean, cleaning the mess right away, continuously checking if something needs attention, most importantly the Java mix and Neutral base machines, because i know that when refilling, some of them come out. Even though there is so much equipment and treatment available for it. How she could say that what she could do!
It's a serious concern and needs immediate attention.
Hopefully Tim Hortons will take it seriously and take required...
