Very annoyed with one lady here. Ordered strawberry creamy chill previously and it hardly tasted like strawberry. I very kindly asked this women if she could plz put more flavouring and then she added way too much and made me mix it in myself. Today I bought a medium mango creamy chill, it was mostly cream and tasted very little if at all like mango. As soon as she gave it me I knew it wasn't enough flavour just by looking at it, I told her politely that I Beleived the flavouring was too less and she told me no it's the right amount and to try it. I tried it and it tastes mostly like milk! I politely told the lady that It didn't really taste like mango at all and she said okay I will add more flavouring and u can mix it yourself. I declined mixing it myself this time because why should I have to put my dirty fingers all over my straw and struggle all while messing up the whip cream, when she had very obviously made it incorrectly.
I asked her to plz mix it for me. She said okay but the whip cream will get messed up and I said we'll then could you please just make me a new one? She gave me attitude and told me if you wanted extra flavouring you should of have asked when you ordered. I told her I didn't want extra, I just wanted the normal amount of flavouring. I mentioned I had this problem with her before and that the manager had come to discuss the proper amount of syrup to apply previously (she believed it was a much lesser amount then the amount her manager told her was correct to add to add to that size of creamy chill. I brushed it off the last time thinking its a new drink, she didn't learn how to make it properly perhaps, and she did agree to fix it Atleast without attitude last time so I just took the over syruped strawberry and drank it). She told me her manager was not around and she was in charge today. She agreed to make me a new mango chill and told me it was suppose to be 2-4 squirts of syrup for the medium one (I told her that must be wrong considering it had hardly any taste or perhaps she put less then that if 2-4 truly is correct, there was syrup in the bottom so maybe she just hadn't mixed it enough). I told her and her female coworker that I am sorry wasn't trying to be difficult it's just I had really wanted mango flavor and if I had wanted just milk, I would have ordered just milk. She proceeded to tell me that in my new one she will be adding 6 shots of syrup, I said well hopefully that's not too much. She said is it too much? I said I don't know because I am not familiar with how to make this drink. She gave me a new mango creamy chill this time without whip cream, I guess she could tell by the look in my eyes that I wanted whip cream. She then asked oh did you want whip cream?and I'm like yes please. She then put a small amount on the top (nothing even close to the photo) and it is way wayy too sweet but given her attitude I did not feel like communicating with her any further, as I felt like I was getting close to being rude just like she had been with me! When I see the mananager who is very competent and normally there, I will be discussing It with him because after my last two experiences with this drink, I don't even feel like going there again and this frustrates me as it is closest to my school. There is another one across the street and I feel like I'd rather try that Tim Hortons instead.
The only other times my order has been messed up have also been from this lady. Eg. Tea sugar not added as politely requested, completely wrong wrap when I ordered a sandwich etc. I will update post with her name if I go again!! Someone needs to have a good talk with this employee. Please...
   Read moreI went to this Tim Horton today at 3:15pm, I have been served by a lady who wears black glass and I guess her background is from Pilipino, I asked a large mocha Ice coffee and I thought of using my points and it didn't work out and she suddenly raised her voice and said "u have only 300 points" (This shows she didn't know where to look for customer's points on her display) where as I had 1600 points and I asked her ok then changed to large ice coffee made with mocha syrup so it would work and she was like no madam it won't work. She refuse to enter into the system and I said no it will and when she entered, ya it worked. She also had hard time in understanding English and she didn't have her hair net on!! more over I asked to add medium ice coffee to that same order and she said no it won't work!! I was like what the hell I didn't even ask for free ice coffee for second one !!! yes I know I can only get free ice coffee one at a time and I know I have to pay for it! Guys, come on! very bad customer service!! I asked for tray and she was "here your tray with accent" and I was treated so bad!! She made my day worst!!! I and I vent get hired. For example. I went to the Tim Horton at finch and sentinel at the prtro Canada. I ordered I small black coiffĂ©e and I gave for 1.65 for my coffee. A minute later she said I didnât pay for. Then thee was another woman that paid for a coffee and a croissant and she had to wait a pint time to get it. I would rethink. Then one day last Saturday then I went for my small black coffee with no sugar and no milk. You staff didnât care. After tasting that there was sugar in my coffee I had to walk back to get a new one. (That should have not happened) when I have been going for years at that location. When she denied it and argued for a while I hand to speak up. She just laughed and said I Am sorry. After sipping that sugar coffee I had to go to the emergency because I am diabetic.
