This was the worse tim hortons I have ever been too. My boyfriend and I were at the window to pick up our order. First issue was I tried to pay with my debit and the employee took the machine back. We asked if it went through and she said nothing. We sat there for a few minutes because we thought the payment went through, but she didn’t give us our order. We asked again if it went through and that’s when she gave us the debit machine again without a word. Second issue; When he went to get his icecap it spilled all over his pants because the lid wasn’t put on properly. Instead of making a new one, she got a papertower, cleaned it with her bare hands and tried to give it to us. Because it was so messy, she took it back without us even saying anything, uses the SAME icecap that spilled on my boyfriend and poured it into a new cup. Right infront us.. Third issue: I asked for a double double with a vanilla shot. When I drank it, the coffee tasted so burnt, you also can’t even taste the flavour. By the taste aline, she didn’t add the flavour. When I asked for the shot, she looked at me and said I never ordered the vanilla shot, even though I asked 3 times for it. Worst part is she looked at me as if I was crazy which felt so uncomfortable. Read moreEvery time I go to this location there’s a problem. I don’t know who they’re hiring but they can’t seem to get a grip on the mobile ordering system. Whenever I place an order on the app ahead of time they either 1) can’t find the order, 2) gave it away, 3) messes up the order or 4) takes way too long to use a system where the purpose of it is to speed up the process. I’m not even exaggerating, it’s literally every single time. It’s faster to park, go in and order the counter.
I don’t know why whoever manages this location can’t train any of their employees to use a simple POS system. I’ve seen the system they used and asked an employee at a different location about it and it’s a basic system, so why is it that every single employee can’t understand it.
Don’t bother submitting a complaint to the Tim Hortons CS or guest services. They forward the complaint to the manager or franchisee and they don’t follow through. I only know this because the last time I submitted a complaint I got this weird email from them that said “Sorry. We apologized thx.” Who responds to a complaint like that?

I went into the restaurant to correct them, I have a strawberry allergy and was trying to tell the cashier the issue she didn't understand what i was saying and made me a strawberry one, when I said it's supposed to be vanilla strawberry will kill me she said yes I made you a strawberry one and tried to hand it to me.
