Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

This Tim Hortons is the worst managed location I've ever seen.

The staff during the daytime are so confused & too many on the front area. Nighttime staff (especially Pravmeet) are incredibly awesome & really do a great job.

(This Tim's gets VERY sketchy after dark, the while area just gets nasty & full of crackheads & drunks, many very nasty individuals hang out in the immediate area of this Tim's after dark.)

The toaster is NEVER cleaned, ice capp machine is dirty, don't buy hot chocolate here, disgusting, I've had hairs in my teas & hot chocolate, so many times that it's useless to complain.

Bathroom door lock is far too high for wheelchair users & management don't care at all.

Outside wheelchair accessible door button is busted all the time,...

There is only 1 employee there who knows what's going on. The delightful older Jamaican lady should be given a raise. She fully knows what customer service is and knows how to engage all customers. Today, I asked for a Simply Bacon. The cashier starred at me, then at the POS and back at me like my request was going to change. Finally, someone came over to help. She proceeded to charge me almost double the cost, I asked why, and she said, "That's the price" I paid $6 for an english muffin with bacon and cheese!! I asked for a cold brew with oatmilk, more coffee than milk. This is what I got 🤬 Again, I asked to have more coffee added and again, a blank stare 😶. Pathetic service and food. I ordered coffee and she serve me 80% cream and 20% coffee which taste disgusting. I went there again and tell them about it. The girl who made my coffee first time start to yelling at me and try to make excuses. The girl name Jasleen made my coffee second time and she did her job very well she apologised and gave me another coffee I appreciate her. But the first girl was literally not sorry about it and started yelling. How miserable she behave 🤮🤮 I am a customer from last 1.5 years as I work in medical clinic besides the tim hortons.
