Visited this Timmies at warden and huntingwood on June 23 Friday around 9:30AM. First time at this location, busy location. Although, the restaurant is nice and spacious but its the staff that gave a negative experience. Asked for half French Vanilla and half coffee, everything bagel with light butter and a bottle of water. Turns out their french vanila machine is out of order. Switched to steeped tea instead. Got everything bagel with light butter but they never gave any napkins and they dont even have separate counter to grab napkins. I could not even see a napkin holder at the pickup counter either. So I walked to the far right side TO ASK FOR THE NAPKINS from a staff member. Talk about common sense and basic stuff! A Busy tim hortons can at the very least have a place for grabbing napkins and not ask for this basic thing. I suspect whether the owner is playing cheap or what. The bottle of water I was given SUPER COLD water bottle which my elderly mother is not able to drink or it was cold for anyone even anyone. I requested for a water at room temperature, but the young guy cashier said we dont have it at room temperature, I cannot believe a busy restaurant not having a room temperature water bottles in inventory, I since I am sure they must keeping atleast a small inventory of water bottles as backup in the store room. Anyway, since they did not have room temperature water bottle I took it and went to my table thinking it will warm down in a few minutes. But even after 10 mins I was still VERY COLD to drink comfortably so I went to the cash counter asked can I get a hot water cup to dip the super cold water bottle so it comes down to room temperature or cools down so that my mother can have it, a senior (age wise) lady-cashier said you will have to buy hot water. HORRIBLE since it was restaurant’s responsibility to provide me the room temperature water bottle and they did not have and now they want me to BUY the hot water from them to fix the product they sold me. This is not even about buying the hot water, it is about the lack of concern for the customer’s needs and lack of integrity on restaurant’s part. I asked the cashier to take the SUPER COLD water bottle back and return my money to which the lady said she will hve to call the manager. The young guy who gave me that bottle at the time of ordering was standing close , he gave me the hot water to avoid getting the manager. Not sure if the owner is aware of these things or if he/she is just turning a blind eye to it. I am sure owners would not want their customers to feel mistreated by the inconsiderate staff. HORRIBLE TIM HORTONS AND...
Read moreAt this location, you will find the worst, most ridiculous and unprofessional so called "manager" who has no brain or manners. Not sure what her name is, but sounded like"supender". She can't even remember anything but she blamed me for her silly mistake. I went to the store around 1:15pm, Feb 12, 2023. I ordered a large size steeped tea and a muffin and she charged me both items. When she gave me the tea I asked her "my muffin please". To my big surprise, she said she already gave me one. I told her: no you didn't, where is it? Then she gave me one .When she was giving it to me, I asked her: are you sure you gave me one already before this one? She said: yeah I remember I already gave you one muffin. ( how could someone be this dumb, never gave me one prior, but insisted she gave me one already. It seemed like she has no ability to remember anything). She was acting unbelievably ridiculous, so I asked her to check the camera to find out. She kept saying: "what's your issue, what's your issue" to me with a very unfriendly and aggressive face. Obviously she has issue and caused problems to a customer-me when it was totally her mistake. I couldn't tolerate her misbehavior and called her "stupidd". She replied me right away "you too. You too, you are stupid ".
It's not unusual that a storefront forgets something that a customer has ordered at Tim Horton's. But this woman's reaction really shocked me. She has no clue about what she does, not to mention that she had handled it in a very unprofessional and nasty way. I am not sure whether she has no memory or intentionally made this fight with me (lying about giving me one muffin but actually she didn't till I asked for it). If I were her or any other staff i met from my experience, I or others would say sorry because we all have the ability to tell or admit if we didn't give the item to the customer. If one didn't want to say sorry, at least when a customer asked at the second time, no one would give a response like her when actually she never gave one before the customer asked for it. I had a couple of times experience that staff forgot about some item I ordered at other tim Horton's or stores, but no one would be this nasty, rude and forgetful as this woman. They just gave me the item they forgot about instead of causing this trouble and arguing about something that never happened
It's a joke that such person is a "manager". She not only caused the problem because of her own mistake, but also handled in a very terrible and nasty way. No wonder she doesn't put her name tag on her, probably she knows how awful she is to...
Read moreToday was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Tim Hortons.
I went in today to the Tim Hortons located at huntingwood and finch for a family treat for my sons pre-birthday and got 6 donuts. When we got home and opened the box to my surprise my son yelled out "daddy look, there's a fly on the donut" so I quickly went back with my receipt and calmly asked to speak to the manager. After explaining what had happened and asked for a refund to my surprise the receipt was in the manager hand and wanted to take it from me but I insisted that I want the receipt and the refund receipt back for my records, after the sudden shock I then insisted that the donuts in the display be tossed and fresh ones be put out, but to my utter shock he threw away a few and then started to ignore me. I like a surprise as much as the next person but I wasn't banking on finding a fly on top of my Insect dipped donut. If that wasn't bad enough, the customer service or should I say lack there of left me flabbergasted. I am but a regular Tim Hortons customer but after this experience I'll throw in the extra few bucks and go to Starbucks for a coffee of my liking and a fly-free edible treat.
For sure I have more pictures (Clear Pictures) @timhortons
