It's quite unfortunate that I encountered a very distasteful situation. It had nothing to do with the coffee, but an encounter with an offensive teen. I entered this establishment and queued in line as any decent and semi intelligent person would. Out of nowhere, this teen barges in front of me shouting "I was here first." Really...It's interesting that he was accompanied by his much taller friend who was decent enough to remain behind me in line even after his little friend invited him to cut in front. It doesn't end there...when asked to move to the back of the line, he became belligerent. Enough, I asked for the manager. I was quite disappointed that the staff on the front line didn't say anything. Finally, the manager came out and addressed the situation. Thank you! I would also like to acknowledge the woman who thanked me for having the courage to say something. It appears as if this wasn't the first time. I don't know anything about this young man's personal life, but being rude doesn't make up for the lack of stature, or social skills. Needless to say, it was not an enjoyable experience in a such an upscale...

When I ordered just one Timbits donut, the staff generously gave me two. It was a small gesture, but it truly reflected their excellent customer service.
