Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

It's quite unfortunate that I encountered a very distasteful situation. It had nothing to do with the coffee, but an encounter with an offensive teen. I entered this establishment and queued in line as any decent and semi intelligent person would. Out of nowhere, this teen barges in front of me shouting "I was here first." Really...It's interesting that he was accompanied by his much taller friend who was decent enough to remain behind me in line even after his little friend invited him to cut in front. It doesn't end there...when asked to move to the back of the line, he became belligerent. Enough, I asked for the manager. I was quite disappointed that the staff on the front line didn't say anything. Finally, the manager came out and addressed the situation. Thank you! I would also like to acknowledge the woman who thanked me for having the courage to say something. It appears as if this wasn't the first time. I don't know anything about this young man's personal life, but being rude doesn't make up for the lack of stature, or social skills. Needless to say, it was not an enjoyable experience in a such an upscale...

On Wednesday, June 2, 2025, my friends and I, who work at the TTC Royal York Station, visited Tim Hortons early in the morning. When I ordered just one Timbits donut, the staff generously gave me two. It was a small gesture, but it truly reflected their excellent customer service. Simple moments like this can really brighten someone’s day, and I believe they deserve recognition for their kindness and professionalism.

For context, I used to work in the kitchen at Aroma Espresso Bar in uptown, so I understand how demanding the food service industry can be. That’s why I truly appreciate it when staff go the extra mile, even in the smallest ways. It shows genuine care and commitment to making the customer...

Noticed that one group of teenagers in particular were vaping inside the restaurant Vaping inside any building is a health hazard issue and prohibited by law in the province of Ontario When I approached the manager the next morning and explained the situation she said that the teenagers can do what ever they like There was no point in asking them.to leave she said She also suggested that if I see teenagers sitting on top of the a table or put their feet on the table with shoes on that I should say something to them Isn't that the managers job? Strange thing is that at this location.they might ask.you to leave if you voice legitimate concerns not the teens...
