Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

My child ordered a grilled cheese sandwich at lunch and paid with $10 allowance money. He waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and went up five times to see what the progress on his order was. The last time he went up, the cashier said he had never seen my child before and threatened to call 911. He and two friends had been in the store quietly waiting for the entire time.

A friend ended up buying a second sandwich for him so he wouldn’t starve the rest of the day at school.

Another time he ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received it still frozen in the middle. When he complained, the staff told him there was nothing that could be done.

Unfortunately, this is one of the few affordable fast food restaurants for kids to go at lunch during the week. The staff in this store make a habit of ripping off kids. I suggest you video record your transactions with the employees at this store....

Multiples hairs found in my bagel!

This location is disgusting. There are bugs flying all over the baked good in the display case, and a nasty smell of garbage that floats around the area.

We waited so long for our order and when we got home, the order was wrong on many levels. Not only that, there were hairs in my bagel (that’s right, MULTIPLE hairs). I’ve been trying to get a refund from Tim Horton’s but they just send the same copy and paste response and ignore you. Such a disgusting and disrespectful treatment of their customers.

For sanitary purposes alone, I’m telling you to avoid this dirty place. Read the other reviews on here about bugs around the baked goods and a consistency for wrong orders. There are so many high quality breakfast places in the junction that care about their community, better to support them!

Not happy about burning myself on coffees because the Tim’s employees can’t completely their jobs like putting coffee in a tray, or the coffees fall RIGHT THROUGH THE CARYONG TRAY. The service here is sub-par…. The employees literally look traumatized, there is hands down never enough people on staff to give any semblance of decent service, (you’ll order a Coffee and sandwich; by the time the sandwich is made the coffee is cold) and that leads to really low service quality on a daily basis…. Kinda tired of paying nearly 3 dollars a beverage for nothing but burnt skin and watery dark roast while my bagel is partially frozen in the middle…. Also, the lines in this location, the length of them, really discourages people from shopping/makes it rather unpleasant to shop at the grocery store where this...
