AVOID the fresh rolls. I was pretty bummed out about the fresh rolls here... I ordered them through Door Dash and was starving (I ordered this and a mango salad for a light bite). They arrived crammed in a small container and if you've ever worked with rice paper, you know this is a terrible idea. Upon picking them up, the entire contents of the container came out with it. I had to rip them apart from one another, essentially ripping through the rice paper. The other part, which is a huge error in my opinion, is they were sliced into 1.5" pieces... WITHOUT EITHER END! Who does that?!?! You can't even eat these without them falling apart! Lastly, the amount of tofu is insulting. Come on, guys. Who are you feeding with this? lol I ate a tiny bit and threw the majority in the garbage. It turned into a giant rice paper salad. I guess I'll stick to making my own. The mango salad was alright, but nothing to write home about. It came pre-dressed and I suspect it was probably sitting there for hours prior. It was extremely soggy. Won't be back here.

I ordered a Pad Thai on Uber Eats a week ago and was wowed with how huge the portion size was! Could probably say 1 order is enough for 2 people, could hardly finish mine! My order came with a brochure of their menu that also mentioned that they have special deals on certain days of the week for pick up. Tuesdays are Buy 1 Get 1 free Pad Thai which definitely sold me so I came in on a Tuesday and ordered a Beef Peanut Pad Thai that was very flavourful and saucy and had a good amount of beef. I really like how generous they are with the amount of peanuts they provide on the side. However, I'd say that the regular Pad Thai tasted better. I also got a Thai Ice Tea but it wasn't the greatest. I tried ordering a deep fried ice cream but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Looking forward to trying it next time though!

I ordered out from here. I was not impressed by the food at all. I got the stir fry crispy beef... It was just overcooked beef, essentially. I've had the dish ither places and it wasn't like that. Also ordered it thai hot, it was medium at best. My wife got tofu basil stir fry, which she was unimpressed by the flavor. Also, she only got literally 2 pieces of tofu. That's a little absurd. The thai tea is okay, it was definitely a little weak flavored. Also, it's a good thing to note if you order off uber eats or whatever. The price that you see is not what you wind up paying. We were forced to choose rice, which was an up charge with all types of rice. Even on dishes that say they don't include rice. Went from $16 on my dish to $20...

I have ordered a few times from the Danforth location when I’m in that part of the city visiting my mother . Didn’t know about the location near me on Dundas . First is the hours are very different . Danforth closes at 1:00am … Dundas at 11:00 . Now the BIG difference comes into play in food quality . I will not order from Dundas location again . We spent over $90 with delivery and it was truly a disappointment . We ordered on a Sunday night so perhaps were getting all the food that was about to expire in quality . The beef which was to compliment a couple of dishes looked very grey … like you microwave it ! It was a tough as nails too . But our dogs enjoyed it because we couldn’t . They love new chew toys !!! My favorite dessert … sticky rice with mango was a disaster . Why would you have to cut the rice that came in three mounds with a knife to eat it ? In all my years of eating this dessert at other locations I just required a fork . Maybe Sunday night is not a good night to order .. but will I try another night ? Nope !!!!!!

Okay I MUST UPDATE this review and give them credit when it’s deserved . The review was an honest review and in no way looking for any reimbursement etc . But the owner cared enough to reach out to me hours after this review was posted and would review what happened in the kitchen that night . I have read other reviews and they were for the most part very positive . We all have bad days in our jobs etc but in the restaurant business if something is not pointed out quickly it could be the death of a business . My other option was not to review it in print and just tell my friends not to order from there . In this case a problem was brought forward and the owner dealt with it . The food should always be checked before going out . Last night someone in the kitchen failed terribly . But we will try them again because of the owners effort to actually call me and talk to me as a customer . Thank you for that ....

My partner ordered food from here via an app on Friday night. When the delivery person arrived the food was already due to be picked up.. the delivery person was ignored by your staff about ten minutes, then finally told the order would be about 8 more minutes, which they informed me. Twenty minutes later I asked for an update and my delivery partner told me, they told him again 8 minutes. If your staff do not know how long an order is going to take, it is much better to be honest with people as usually they are trying to plan things around the time that their food will arrive. By the time the order was ready to be picked up, it was already 30 minutes past the pickup time and the delivery person had been there for over 45 minutes. The person at the front could have just been straightforward and honest with the delivery, but instead according to this delivery person they were blatantly, unhelpful and dishonest. This is no way to treat anyone. If something is going to take a half an hour just tell people that and then they can make appropriate decisions and inform people what is going on so that other people can make appropriate decisions. I've ordered from several other locations of the same place and have never had this...
