I've been going here for years, and still call it by its original name, almost perfect, which should give you an idea of what to expect from here. A random assortment of things, some of which you can't easily get elsewhere, at sometimes amazing prices. There are some good deals on gluten free items, which as the spouse of a celiac I greatly appreciate. As everyone else mentioned, watch out for expiry dates, but overall a trip is usually worth it. It's got a quirky charm to the bizarre selection, I once got something called 'oops, meat or cheese pasta' from here at a total a steal. I recommend mainly frozen items, but sometimes you can get some unconventional flavours of chips and chocolate/candy too. Read moreUpdate: Note Price Drops! Keto pizza was priced at $12. A 2.6 kg bag of perogi was $12.50 (comparable to regular store prices). When I visited 1-2 weeks later, their prices dropped to $7 and $5 respectively!

Dr Oeker The Good Baker - Spinach & Pumpkin Seed frozen pizza was $1.
Love Grown Cereal was $1.50 (some were expired)

As other reviewers advise: I strongly recommend checking best before date before dropping the item...

The prices are much lower than regular grocery stores and none of the products were expired from what I could see. The store is somewhat small and their selection is not nearly as large as the big box grocery chains, but this grocery outlet has enough variety that you should be able to find at least a few items worth buying. They also sell non-perishable items such as toilet paper. The staff are friendly and attentive. I recommend this store if you are looking for...
