I’m writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one specific morning employee at this location. I usually visit around 10:00 AM on weekdays and order an iced latte through the drive-thru. This is the second time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior from the same staff member.
She is usually stationed next to the drive-thru window preparing drinks, and instead of focusing on her work professionally, she engages in gossip and makes inappropriate comments about regular customers—assuming they don’t understand the language she’s speaking. Unfortunately for her, some customers do understand, and it’s extremely uncomfortable and disappointing to hear such remarks.
It’s upsetting to see an entire community feel targeted or disrespected because of one employee’s careless behavior. I respectfully urge the owners and management of this location to address this issue seriously and provide proper training, so she understands how to treat customers with the respect they deserve.

I work near this location it's a running joke at my place of business when any of us pick up Tim hortons from this location we always say" I will never go back there again" Cold coffee which most of the time is burnt. Cant get tea right to save their lives. They once gave me a cup of warm water with no tea bag. You can tell that senior staff have just given up with new staff that come In and a week later name tag says "Supervisor" the food is old and stale expect that they will screw it up the portion will be tiny and u will have lots of food on the outside of the bag that u didn't order. They run out of everything and not because people are buying it all but because management doesn't order product. I'm pretty sure for the last 6 months there has been no manager. Any good staff they have had have quickly left. This location is very cliquey I have often seen staff crying or being bullied. U cant fill out comment cards in store as the staff has taken them away. I tried to order through the app for the $1 Iced Capp deal, but the app wouldn’t work. I stood in line, only to see another customer with the same exact problem. The staff gave him a large instead of a medium — but when it was my turn, they flat-out refused to do the same for me.
The tone and attitude they used with me were completely different. Rude, dismissive, and honestly it felt like racism. Two people, same issue, but two completely different treatments. That is unacceptable.
This kind of behavior is disgusting and unprofessional. I walked out feeling insulted, angry, and completely disrespected. One single staff member has now made me lose trust in the entire Tim Hortons brand.
I truly hope this review reaches the owner of this location so they can see how their staff are behaving with paying customers. If this is the kind of service Tim Hortons stands for, then it’s no wonder people are losing respect for the brand.
I will never step foot in this location again and I strongly warn others to think twice before coming...
