My daughter and I went to this location. I asked for my hash browns to be crispy; the cashier, who happened to be the store manager, Rita. She asked me how I do tha; I advised her to put the hash browns in the toaster and re-toast them, but she said, NO, How am I supposed to do that? Ummmmm, it’s not rocket science. Please put them in the toaster and re-toast them until they’re cooked! She refused. She was insulting and didn’t care about the half-raw hash browns they tried to serve me. I asked for my money back, and it was a huge problem!
I don’t understand what the problem was, to begin with, who wants to eat raw potatoes??????
This location and most of its staff lack any Customer service skills. They need to be retrained. It’s unbelievable how some of these employees think they can treat customers!
I will never go back to this place!!!!!!!

Read moreI have been going here for so long and it has never been a problem but since the last month I was served really rudly last time she was talking to her friend and she saw me standing there and ignored me I let that slide but today I went there ordered 10 timbits and a iced capp at first then I changed my mind and was gonna get a slushy instead I told the worker twice to cancel it in the end she didn't cancel it and when I told her that I wanted to cancel it she went to her manager or whoever and told her what happend her manager came and said that the worker repeated my order twice (no she didn't)and then continued to tell me that I had earbuds in my ear and shoudhave listened(nothing was playing and only one was in) then she argued with me for a good 5 mins then finally gave me my change.this is completely unacceptable and I hope their service goes...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. A girl named Khushi at the cash was extremely rude while taking my order. I was simply trying to customize my drink according to my preference — I mentioned I wanted vanilla iced latte, and when I tried to add almond milk and an extra espresso shot, she abruptly interrupted me and raised her voice, saying it already comes with one.
It’s completely understandable that customers may have specific customizations, and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at other Tim Hortons locations. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and discouraging. Customer service is a key part of the Tim Hortons experience, and such behaviour does not reflect the brand’s standards. I truly hope the management addresses this issue and ensures better training so customers are treated with respect...
