Incredibly low customer service. The guy working in afternoon shift handed me a wrong drink . And we called him he explained that you guys picked the wrong … no any drinks were marked . I was getting late for my work so i rushed , when i took a sip of my drink its wasn’t london fog it was a coffee. I addressed that issue to him over and he said u can come and take your drink afterwards . I reached around 10.30 pm … he said your drink is right there , when i went to pick it up it was cold . Like seriously , it was been there since the time I left . Afterwards , i asked that this is not fresh can u make a new one for me, he replied now everything is closed. He said it was your brother’s mistake he picked the wrong drink… how the hell is this possible since other of food items we ordered were absolutely correct as well as everything was kept together . I said but u didn’t marked the drinks. He replied u should u have come back and get it changed immediately. (I called him right after 5 minuts of receiving my drink) . I said i was running late. He replied .,” i was working alone , cant u see?? , we can’t follow all the procedures here.” This was ridiculous. So i told him i have also worked in Timmie's for over years and i also used to work alone . He replied that do you follow all the procedures? I said yeah we do He asked what kind of procedures? . I told him if a customer arrives , we are happy to help him doesn’t matter what time he/she ordered drink(if its a wrong one) … he replied sarcastically, oh its a good thing . I asked I need a written receipt for this . He said i will it to tomorrow. This is not the first tine we are getting this kind of experience at this store … and not only with me, my other co-workers were saying...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the experience my senior father had at your location. When he went to order, not only was the order completely messed up—missing 2 coffee orders, a quencher without syrup, and other mistakes—but the staff member had the audacity to blame him for their errors.
When I came in to help sort it out, I was shocked to hear the girl at the counter say: “Why did you send him? He was so confused. You should have ordered.” That is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable. My father is a regular customer and a capable individual. Being older or needing a moment to clarify his order is never an excuse for rudeness or condescension.
To treat a senior citizen this way is appalling—and frankly, it felt like we were being judged not only for his age but also for not being Canadian-born. If that’s the case, it’s outright discrimination, and I sincerely hope that’s not the kind of behavior Tim Hortons stands behind.
If I hadn't been there today, my father would have left feeling insulted, blamed, and without part of his order. I urge management to take this seriously. Seniors, or any customers for that matter, deserve patience, respect, and dignity. No one should ever feel dismissed or humiliated—especially not at a place they regularly support.
Please address this issue, retrain your staff on respectful customer service, and take action to prevent this from happening...
Read moreThis place is honestly disgusting. I live in the neighbourhood and have given this Tims a few chances, each time is more and more disappointing. In the last month alone, I’ve found HAIR in my sandwiches on several occasions and had to throw it out along with flies swarming around donuts. Are staff not required to wear hairnets ever? I also constantly see them touching their face/hair while wearing food handling gloves. Ontop of that, the ice Capp machine breaks down daily. What’s the point of having ice Capps on the menu if you can never serve them? Finally, they always seem to get the order wrong? To the point where I actually dump out the bag on the counter to check that they’ve given me what I ordered. 8/10 times they get it wrong and I have to tell them to correct it.
Management, although I no longer go to this Tim’s, please please please train your staff on proper food handling for the safety of...
