This might be the worst Tim Hortons in Toronto. The workers are consistently rude, regardless of whether they are new or experienced. It feels as though they are trained to behave this way since I haven't encountered anyone there with good customer service skills, even though I used to visit every morning on my way to work. They are always rushing you, and when placing an order in the drive-thru, they can never hear you properly. You often have to repeat your order four times, and they interrupt you before you can even finish.
I’m not sure if the issue lies with the speaker, but when you go inside, all the employees are just talking to each other and being loud, which might be why they can't hear properly. They also give you attitude because they can’t hear your order. While poor customer service is frustrating, the main reason I stopped going to this Tim Hortons which sucks because it is the only one in the area and closest to work is ALL THE FLIES inside the pastry cabinet. Read moreWent to this location trying to get something hot to drink ( tea). When we drove up the driveway was blocked off with no notice if closed or not. Watched one other guy walk up to the door (that was locked), staff inside( guy and girl) guy laughing because he watched the guy pull on the locked door. I walked up to the window and the same guy looked at me and made comments while laughing and smiling ( making drinks for the workers on the other side) "am I suppose to service her. She just looking at me. Waited another min or two before going back to my car. He had no problem serving the other side but not our side. I find this rude and very very unprofessional for staff to behave like that. I know complaining is going to fall on deaf ears and the owner isn't going to do anything but I don't think your staff handle the situation well at all, and should be spoken to. When reached on window to pick than guy told me two midium black coffee with switner. I told them as I did not order with switner and then guy told me he will replace. I picked but when reach home found both cups were still with switner. We trashed both cups. They were like 6 to 7 peoples working there but all looked non professional.
