Today Oct 27 2024 11:30 I visited this location and was very disappointed by the service. I went through the drive-thru, ordered coffee and a couple of flatbreads, and was asked to wait in the parking lot while my order was prepared. After waiting around 15 minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to go inside to check on it.
Inside, I was surprised by the chaos. There were about eight employees working, but no one seemed to have any idea where my order was or who was responsible for it. They kept pointing fingers at each other, and no one took ownership of the situation. Frustrated, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but that only added more wait time, as I stood there for a few more minutes before anyone came over to assist me.
When the supervisor finally arrived, she seemed unsure of the situation and hesitant to communicate openly. I asked her name so I could document my experience accurately, but she was unwilling to give it, which added to my frustration.Eventually, she told me my order wasn’t ready because, apparently, no one on the team knew how to prepare the food I had ordered. I felt like they weren’t trained properly, and their teamwork and communication were severely lacking.
In my opinion, a location like this, which should be a quick and convenient option, needs to address these staffing and training issues. Having eight people on the team, yet no one available or trained to complete basic orders, is unacceptable. There needs to be clear leadership and accountability, so customers don’t end up waiting endlessly without an explanation.

Read moreThis Tim Horton's is the worst I've ever seen in Ontario. The manager is lost for the most part. Almost 80% of the time they run out of products. You would order and wait for like 10 mins and then get told that they are out of the items ordered. It's not just me but other customers that come there daily just on their way to work. Baker is seen many times not wearing gloves and literally transferring food items with bare hands. Complained to the general manager, but he doesn't seem to be taking any actions at all. However, the employees that are actually following proper procedure sometimes seen scolded to hurry up and do it a certain way because of the Drive thru time. As well, the Drive thru is always prioritized. The customers come into the dining room are not customers?!?!. Biggest irritating thing is the workers are always speaking in their own language laughing and giggling. Half of us wonder if they are talking about a customer or something else, luckily I can understand them because I speak the same language. One time the manager told the staff to give customer original blend coffee instead of dark roast since they ran out of dark roast and told the staff that the customer wouldn't know the difference anyway. Dear Store manager,
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location. I arrived at the drive-through at 10:49 PM, well before the closing time of 11:00 PM. Despite this, I was told that no bagels were available. When I inquired about other types of bagels or food options, the employee rudely informed me that they only had ready-made muffins left. I explained that I was hungry and asked if there were any wraps or sandwiches available, but he declined in an unfriendly manner.
When I expressed my frustration, he loudly told me that I could complain to anyone, including his manager. As I was leaving, I noticed two other employees just standing there, seemingly waiting to see who the customer was, instead of helping. I understand that they were preparing to close, but I believe they are paid to serve customers until the official closing time. Their attitude and behavior gave me the impression that they had been instructed not to serve food 15-20 minutes before closing, which is unfair to customers.
