Review Title: Extremely Disrespectful Service and Unacceptable Experience

Review Body: I had a genuinely awful experience at this pizza place. I placed my order and watched as my pizza was put into the oven. However, the staff then served the customer behind me first, completely ignoring the order in which we arrived. When I tried to politely clarify and ask why I was being skipped, I was met with a disrespectful attitude. The cashier was extremely rude, told me to "just wait a second," and those "seconds" turned into a much longer wait. They didn’t even apologize or acknowledge their mistake.

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was brushed off again. They refused to provide any real contact for management and showed absolutely no understanding of basic customer service. This is not the kind of behavior I expect anywhere, especially not in a place that should understand Canadian standards of politeness and respect.

Frankly, it felt like they had no regard for proper customer service or even basic decency. I’m considering contacting immigration authorities because it seemed like they didn’t even understand the basic principles of respect and customer care that are standard here. Terrible Terrible customer service. Its been a month since their app crashed when i was trying to pay online and although i didnt get my ordered, money still left my account. For this past month I have been calling and calling trying to get a refund and I keep getting various answers. One minute its “i have to wait till the owner comes in”, the next its i have to call the office. Literally just a bunch of dishonest people that are clearly playing with me and dont know how to do their jobs cause why the owner has to be in for me to get a simple refund ???? Mind you on the week this happened the person told me I just have to wait two days and then ill get my refund. Two days past and all of a sudden its “i have to call when the owner is in”. TWO WEEKS i spent calling and the owner is never in which is stupid if you know you have a customer issue that relies on you coming in why tf are you never in your store ??? bad business bad customer service. Traveling through Toronto on our way to Niagara Falls, we really wanted pizza but there was nowhere to stop and get pizza on this stretch as it was too busy, until we reached here, took our chance and went in and ordered some slices it was very well made the girl was awesome very pleasant behind the counter my son even went back in and thanked them personally I would highly recommend anybody stop in. This place makes amazing pizza. The crust was perfect it was thin.The sauce had a little bit of spice to it. I'm pretty sure they had 2 different kinds of cheese on the pizza.
