It always amazes me how incredibly efficient the staff are. First of all, this is one of the busiest drive-thru, if not the busiest, I have come across. No matter how crazy long the queue is, they always managed to provide such fast service to keep the queue moving swiftly. One very important point I would like to commend about this Timmys, this is the only drive thru I have been to so far, (not just Tim Hortons, but all fast food chains' drive thru), never once I needed to repeat my order to the intercom speaker, nor have I ever felt the need to speak louder than necessary for the order takers to hear me. Likewise from the order takers behind the intercom speaker, it is always loud, clear and concise, yet friendly, pleasant and courteous. Sure, they have messed up my orders before, but considering I have been coming to this drive thru for close to 10 years now, they'd screwed up my orders maybe twice, or thrice... does that even matter?
An added interesting little personal observation: Every time I drive up to pick up and pay for my order, seeing behind the window, how organized, systematic and together everyone works as a team, always reminds me of flight attendants preparing and serving meals for Inflight passengers...
Read moreTo the owner of this location, please take action! There is a very rude Filipino man that works there, I think his name is Joe. He gave me a sleeve for my coffee that was very wet and sticky and when i asked him politely for another sleeve he snapped back by saying it's only water! It doesn't not matter what fluid is on the sleeve, it is wet and a customer should not have been given it in that damp condition so STOP fighting with customers!! The other day my friend went to the drive thru and she was paying by debit the same man snatched the debit machine right out of her hands and then started yelling that it didn't go through and she replied had you not snatched the machine out of my hands then maybe it would. I will not be returning to this location because of this worker. Customers are the reason you have a job so stop being rude. You make mistakes all the time so learn from it and stop fighting your customers. Then when you address to the employee that your order is wrong they scream at you to throw it out your order whatever happened to having good manners as an old Tim Houston employee that is not acceptable there was not even apology I felt like I was bothering tham all wanted was a coffee not a tea and I got to scream at not acceptable you won't be seeing me going back to that location ever again if you can't work with humans you shouldn't be working there I was there on March 26th at about 1pm not acceptable for me and by looks of your reviews it seems like there's a lot of customers that are having the same problem shame on you 😏 I feel sorry for the owner and for the name you represent Shame...
