I recently had the misfortune of visiting this Tim Hortons location, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
First off, let's talk about the customer service – or lack thereof. I ordered a simple double-double, an ice cap, and a doughnut, expecting a smooth and pleasant transaction. But alas, that was far from the reality I encountered. When I politely requested sleeves for both my hot and cold drinks, the employee behind the counter responded with a level of rudeness that would make a grumpy cat seem charming. "We don't give sleeves with ice caps," they snapped, as if it was a personal insult to even ask. I tried to reason with them, asking multiple times, but each attempt was met with increasing hostility. And to make matters worse, the manager stood idly by, witnessing the whole debacle without uttering a single word of intervention. Talk about a complete lack of customer service.
In a last-ditch effort to salvage some semblance of decency from this train wreck of a visit, I even requested to speak with the manager directly. But did they respond? Of course not. It was as if my pleas for basic courtesy fell on deaf ears. I even offered to pay for the darn sleeves, but apparently, even that was too much to ask.
And if the abysmal customer service wasn't enough, the quality of the products I received was equally dismal. Both the double-double and the ice cap were watery messes that barely resembled coffee. It's like they brewed it with water from a puddle in the parking lot. And let's not forget about the doughnut. Oh no, this wasn't just any old doughnut mishap. They managed to mess up my order and give me the wrong doughnut altogether. It's like they reached into the wrong box entirely and pulled out some sad excuse for a pastry that tasted like it had been sitting out since last week.
Overall, this was hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Tim Hortons, and I've had some pretty mediocre encounters in the past. From the surly staff to the indifferent manager to the watery beverages and wrong doughnut, this establishment seems to have mastered the art of driving customers away with their abysmal service and quality control. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your coffee fix. Trust me, you'll...

I want to tell you that I normally come here because it is convenient for me but compare to the most other Tim Hortons this place needs major change of management or training in terms of guest services and cleaning of the restaurant is a top priority.
Have you seen outside walking isle left through stains all the over the walking isle and walking path probably dragging garbage bags leaking through.
They need to put double garbage bags and clean the patio and back side with degreaser or pour some degreaser and wait for the rain and then brush it off and it needs to at least weekly. This so annoying when I parked and walk to main door.
I can bet none of the employee wants to go to clean the washroom and you should review this every one should go clean at-least every 30 min - 1 hour.
The management is poor at managing hiring proper eligible stuff and the owner or corporate need to follow up salary managers in/out time (Who does not clock in/out) need to be track and again guest services need major upgrades.
Most of the time when slow down after lunch most employees seem like not caring or I can bet they are not properly trained for guest services or need to be better.
The crew trainer who train and trainer level of training need to be reviewed also hiring procedures and selection must review.
Also they need to be mindful that when speaking other language loud in the front counter and it seems like they are at home.
Although busy rush hour time they are working hard with no choice but slow peak periods they need to be productive and make a plan for cleaning/wipes door window, They are always dirty around. Clean table more often because people sit there and get off so needs to travel path more.
I hope you take this a positive and move forward....
Read moreIf you are in main cities of , you would see lots of other coffee shops other than Tim. But if you talk about easy affordability on day to day basis, definitely Tim is the best place to be !! If you talk about accessibility, again Tim is everywhere. If you talk about places like Toronto , you might get other coffee shops easily accessible, but if you are traveling 2-3 hours north of Toronto and if you want to grab something, there is nothing far far away than Tim ! But does that mean Tim has good service ? Definitely, NO!! Does it mean it has good quality food product if it’s cheaper, NOO! Does it mean it has good mobile app service ? NOO! Does it mean it has good store service? NOO ! Does it mean it has good customer service? Definitely a big NO to all these ! So I tell why for the NOs - Mobile app keeps on changing, not just mini feature , the UI (user interface) keeps on changing. I am in IT, so I know in and out about apps, but it’s still annoying for me when I have to find out how to order a coffee. With the newest app, it does not save my defaults as well like it used to do before. with my mobile app, my Tim card reload does not work with app changes. How can you implement something when not tested thoroughly? It’s annoying, I cannot stand half an hour in queue for a coffee . I stopped drinking coffee and it’s all a loss for Tim’s business and it’s reputation. I called up customer care to report on card reload issue, and it took him almost half an hour to file the report, asking me same details over and over again. And then, I don’t get an email as well on the complaint issue. How do I track back if I have to call again in customer service on the same issue ?
It’s...
