*2024: Here is an update regarding the terrible service I have with this Tim Hortons location. I was here over the weekend and it was slow at the time I stepped up to the counter. With my wallet in hand and I'm staring at the workers wanting to place my order, I was COMPLETELY IGNORED. There were 3 or 4 workers, 2 of them busy at the drive through window and cooking, while the other 2 were yapping and not paying attention to the front counter. The crazy part is I was staring the woman in the eyes and she still didn't pay any mind. Why are you guys even there? The level of service is getting worse every day. I live in this neighbourhood and find myself driving to the Sheppard and Morningside location because their service is not as pathetic as this location. Come on guys, wake up!
2021: I used the TH App to pre order because I often have problems dealing with the workers. The app didn't help to make things better because by the time I went to pick up the order, I gave my order number and I still had to repeat all the items in the order when the worker asked. I had to wait longer than if I had just stood in line like normal. To make matters worse, I was told that an item that I requested is not available. This was the 2nd time this has happened using the app. Today I ordered chocolate chip cookies with my meal, a basic request. However, the worker snapped at me saying that they don't have and that I had to take peanut butter instead! Read moreI came in yesterday around 515pm and placed an order through drive for a medium steep tea with two and half oat milk and 2 sugar which they gave me black coffee instead. I drove away taking the wrong order but came back to replace it. I went inside to let them know I received the wrong drink but one of the staff mocked me as if I had done something wrong. I asked Vanita for staff name but she refused to provide . I had to get the names of the employees through the petro staff who provided vanitha and ranka’s name . Came back today to place a complaint through the drive through around 345pm. I had mentioned vanitha served and she got mad and said it was not her and started showing attitude. When I ask for the name they don’t provide but expect us to know the names.If they had provided the name on the day I asked there would of been no confusion. Vanitha wears a badge with her name erased off it.Also one of the staff shouted today at me and said it’s their policy not to provide staffs name which does not make sense because they have badges for a reason. They all laughed at me saying I came to complain with the wrong names.Ranka , vanitha worked on Friday evening.The girl working with them which I don’t know her name was the staff who mocked me when I came to replace my drink. Read moreA week and a half ago or about so.. I was here and requested a decaf coffee. I watched an employee product this coffee to which he added a half cup of hot water to complete this product. I was confused as this was the first time Ive ever seen someone make a coffee in this manner. Long story short, i inquired, took my coffee anyway after some convincing by the employees. The manager was not here that day.
Today i revisited seeking a replacement decaf coffee(small). I asked to speak to the manager. Raj the manager explained to me that due to their size and location. They produce their decaf coffee in a different manner versus that larger store fronts. Worthy of mentioning my dis-satisfaction with Raj. He was extremely combative with me.from the start. His expressions and attitude were belittling and condescending. I was slightly frustrated at this point but knew it was not worth ruining my morning over this. Raj then said the acting manager/supervisor can take over. This was around 7:25-29am today. Kethee is amazing, she swiftly recalled the transaction which was over a week and a half ago. She explained she has no problem replacing the small decaf and moved to resolve the matter within seconds. Something the actual manager could not. Kethee turned a bad experience intona positive one.
