Maloney ' s Tavern is now called Malones Tavern..same place different owner..Leslie the bartender is the glue for the regulars during the day. Lovely smart and keeps the clients happy. It's a terrific working class bar in a great location at Pharmacy/ Ellesmere small parking lot but easy walking for the neighbourhood ..Great selection of beers / spirits .best deal price wise in the neighbourhood Covid pushed the $6.50 Guiness to $7.50 but still a deal...busy today at 4pm St Patrick's Day crowd...well staffed and well...

wow decided to give this place another chance. It’s early in the afternoon, bartender should be sober right? Nope. Fall down drunk at 2-3 in the afternoon on a Sunday! Went to gabbys down the street. Nicest staff, sober staff. Not sure how this old woman gets away with being this intoxicated. It has to be against the smart serve rules. Should look into it and file a complaint with the liqueur board. Avoid Malones’s at all cost if the old lady is working....

This is strictly a bar, no food but there are snacks like chips and nuts. It’s the neighborhood bar so it brings in anyone, lots of TV’s so you can watch many games at once and a great place to come grab some of the freshest and cheapest beer in the city. Have met all the bartenders and all are good people, I would say they reflect the vibe you give them. The established itself is also very clean and tidy, which is something that can be neglected for...
