Incompetent foreigners who work here. I stopped going here because these are some of the most entitled and arrogant fast food workers I've experienced. They regularly stand around and talk when there is work to be done and often see 6 people doing nothing and orders coming in from dine in customers and online orders.

Management does not seem to care. They must all be related or come from the same family. Level of customer service is pathetic and lacking. They should all take a course in the BASICS of customer service because they have no clue.

Also look at how the owner addresses the negative, he/she only addresses the positive reviews except for one exception. The positive reviews are mostly from Indian accounts who either work there or are related to staff. This is how scammers try to avoid improving business. Instead of improving the gaping holes, they commit fraud so they appear they are doing well.

Edit: The customer service here is absolutely Abysmal. Can someone asks you how long something is going to take? You don't just walk away and give them zero information... Then try to hand them the incorrect order after that.. Big yikes You guys need to pick a policy and stick with it. I ordered for pickup and when I arrived the order was not ready yet. This was attempting to pick up at your pickup window.. the staff members told me to come inside and wait as it was cold and snowing outside and they would give me my order when it was ready. When the order was ready it was not given to me and then I was informed that I would then have to go back outside to the pickup window to pick it up from the pickup window despite being told to come inside to pick it up.

I told the staff member to just please give it to me as I am already here and there's no reason for me to go back outside to wait at a window for an order that I was told would be given to me inside by another staff member.
